I also love that you can make returns to Nordstrom here since this location is super close to me. Having said that the return policy could still be better as once the limited time passes you can't return at all which can be tough. The other thing I think could use some tweaking is the set up with the sunglasses. Many of them have security tags on them which you have to be super careful with not to scratch the glasses with, and the mirrors above them are distorted like a fun house. It's very strange. I ended up having someone remove the tags to try on and walk to a different part of the store to look in a mirror which the staff was fine with and perfectly understanding about but it did create more work for them. Not sure what the solution is, and I will continue to buy sunglasses here due to the price despite the hassle but it would be better if there wasn't one.

It's closed on Thursdays, and on Fridays they get new stuff. Seven dollars that day, and then the prices go down. I went on Monday and it was two dollars, I think it's $.50 on Wednesday. Walk in, and you basically see big tables full of crap. You are at a discount store, sorting through tables full of stuff. Some of it's kind of interesting. I ended up buying half a dozen things. I didn't really find what I was looking for, because the selection changes daily, if not hourly. But hey, two dollars for a six pack of pretty good ramen? Cool. Two dollars for a box of KN95 masks? Pretty good. Service was friendly. Place is clean. It's also not super crowded inside, with people or merchandise, at least on a day when it's not nuts like the actual Black Friday.

They are consistently having amazing sales where you can get super cute shoes, dresses, candles, and even hair products for around $10 or less. A few downsides are that they run out of things fairly quick and don't seem to restock but are also getting fresh new items in daily. The staff at Francesca's can be hit or miss. They are either up your butt following you around, trying to "help."
