Amazing and unlike most children boutiques its big, you can comfortably bring a stroller, I was even surprised to see some newer items that are in season, there's a great amount of Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, almost all of the basics from kyte, Bobo Chooses, tea, Angel dear and more.. All well made mid- to high-end baby clothes. The toys will please any child of any age not to mention the attached adult store is so unique. I just moved from Orange County California and I literally felt right at home being in this store. The staff seems really nice my toddler was grabbing toys left and right leaving them all over and not once did any of the staff say anything or give me dirty looks, definitely a great spot for newborn must haves and any good teether you could possibly think of they have!! 5+

The oven was huge and heavy. My husband and I appreciated Ashley bringing it out to pickup parking and loading it into our car. I used the oven and hated it. The store made the return easy. I called to let them know I was returning the oven, and Janice told me to call from the pickup area. Craig was down a few minutes after I got there to unload the oven, and he was very nice too. When I went into the store with my receipt to get the refund, Beth asked me why I disliked the combination oven and showed me a stand-alone air fryer that would be a better fit for me. Beth showed me the one she used at home and was able to teach me how to use it, which I appreciated.

I ordered a Shun Knife set 01/29/2022 - promised a delivery date of 03/05/2022 by instore employee…read moreand via email. It had since been pushed to backorder and the delivery Date has moved over 4 times! It is approaching the last known expected delivery date and I havnt received an update so I decide to call in to confirm that it didn't get pushed back again and just not communicated to me(the customer). Turns out, it did get pushed back and uncommunicated- when? 09/2022 is the "new expected delivery date" with no guarantee it will be filled then ofcourse. I repeated to the representative the date provided to me as I didn't think I understood her correctly seeing how it was so far out in the future - she responds "yup, I can always cancel it. Want me to do that instead?" Is this seriously how you do business? Leave a customer hanging on a 1.3k order that got pushed back 4+ times and then the only recommendation at that point to just get it over with is to suggest canceling it with a tone of being fed up with their job? This order cost 1.3k and I understand alot of companies are having manufacturing issues but my experience here is nothing more than pure neglect to be transparent with the customer from the start of the process. There is NO way a delivery date was given to me of 03/05/2022 and it's been pushed back to 09/2022..It was never expected to make it here that soon at all. Just trying to make a sale. Worst retail experience I have had in a long time and they still refuse to address the customer in a manner appropriate to the situation, which should be apologetic and providing additional details on the process they are in front of as a company and being honest right out the gate. Not indefinitely pushing an order back month after month just to hang on to a sale when the customer could have been serviced with an item in stock in-store or shopped somewhere else. It's selfish of the corporation and sales team to keep such details from a paying customer. If there were issues with manufacturing and logistics then that should have been discussed up front and maybe the pressures of every customer involved as well as your manufacturing/logistics team could have avoided headaches and also limited backorders which now date out to the end of the year. If throughput was an issue then maybe limit or pause orders once known so they can catch up. Not allow customers to order an item thats not backordered and then move them to backorder 2 days prior to the delivery date and tell then you can cancel it after they have received 4 emails of the date moving back 3 weeks at a time with no guarantee or detailed update on what exactly is happening Terrible service and until they make this right I will continue to advise against shopping at this place because if they don't have it in stock, you could be waiting over 9-12 months for your order to be filled, they will promise you a much closer date though and just leave you hanging waiting on it until they decide to email you a new date once it gets close to the initial delivery date, then recycle that exact process until you get as frustrated as I am and immediately offer to cancel it after you've waited for months without acknowledging fault for failures on their backend not disclosed to the customer up front when purchase was made nor even after the 5th times it's been pushed back..just a "I can cancel it for you right now, want me to do that?" Just disgusting.

My mom was having her accident IN YOUR STORE AND YOU WOULDN'T HELP HER. YOU MADE AN ELDERLY LADY WALK A BLOCK STAND AT A LIGHT AND WAIT TO CROSS A STREET ... a handicapped woman!!! we had to then also stop at a retail store to purchase her pants etc and thus we were late to her appointment and they wouldn't see her and we have to reschedule. We parked off the Main Street and as we parked we saw a store with its door open and bright lights inside that looked charming and welcoming. And it was it! When we walked in the store owner greeted us and handed us five dollar coupons in case we spent $35 or more. This store has such a wide variety of fun things, ranging from candy and tea to locally made art decor and greeting cards. The prices are not too expensive either. Between the items and just the extremely friendly customer service, I know I will be back!

Considerably less chilly and frosty than Cold Topic…read more Hot Topic is always one of my favorite stores in any mall and I usually find something in here to buy when I'm out here in Polaris Mall. It's one of the busiest HT locations I've ever been to - I've never seen less than 15 people in the store on any of my visits... one time there were wayyyyy more than that. This store is a little disorganized and as usual is overpriced but it's still really good and I appreciate it.

I had been meaning to go to the Parsons Ave shop as it is five minutes from us. But while shopping…read morein Clintonville today I saw the High st store and we went in to see what it was all about. We were greeted by a knowledgeable gal who told us that location had been open three weeks. It is a very narrow shop but so exciting to see. Your eye takes in so much. I'm not sure how to describe what they have so I am relying on their own description. Cleaning in style. A collection of home, kitchen and found objects. Lots of wonderful candles. I needed a push broom so that is what I brought home. I intend to visit the Parsons store tomorrow because I like to shop local. They have limited hours but visit either shop if you can. You won't be disappointed.

The store was much more empty than normal but they still had quite a few things out, and some good sales going on. Customer service at a children's place is never wonderful and the store is always somewhat of a mess, but it's still a decent store with some good things in it.
