This is about shopping Men's items only…read more I found several items that were of a good value, including shoes. After a different experience not far away, it was a pleasant surprise to find things not only in organized-by-size state, but numerous real deals. There's a variety here that's good for younger to older. There are items that are insanely priced, but many realistic prices and a few good deals. Happy to get some shoes and apparel. It was a pleasant surprise, overall. Kudos to their buyers and pricers.

I've sold here, and the wait time was accurate and they took a good amount of items, maybe 15 or so and I got about $40. I was just happy to get rid of some clothes I don't wear! Staff was friendly and helpful, selection of shoes was GREAT-I've found a pair every time I've shopped! And cute size 10s are hard to find. I do wish they had more jeans in my size (10), but it's not really their fault if they don't get as many of those in. I've also found cute sweaters, tops, and lots of cute accessories. I appreciate their "new arrivals" and trend alert sections, for when I don't feel like digging. The store is kept well-stocked, they must bring out new inventory regularly to replace the sold inventory. My only complaint would be that sometimes it's hard to look through the racks because they can be pretty packed. And they don't have rewards like other Plato's locations because they're corporate and not a franchise. I definitely recommend this location! Will be returning regularly, with my sisters in tow :)

They make the seller experience pretty easy, mostly everything being done on your own by application on a tablet. ID will also be needed to drop off clothes. I took me maybe 8 mins to fill out the form and finish the drop off. This process only took 30 mins before getting the text notification saying they were done with my tote. When I came back after work, I was happy with the purchase and took store credit to come back and shop later! Although, a smaller shopping area for the men but plenty accessories and clothes for the gals. They have plenty of dressing rooms where someone is ALWAYS attentive. I only suggest a better color stamp system, a lot of the times the colors get mistaken. The green and blue tags look very similar IMO. But overall good experience!

Unfortunately, this location would get my lowest review of any solely based on customer experience. I am super laid back when I shop and don't really care if staff say hi to me or try to talk to me. I don't care about waits or any of that. But, I have been to this location 4 times, and I've only had a good experience 1 of those 4 times. I'm unsure if there is a mother-daughter duo or if they just often work together, but I am one of the most smiley, cheerful people, and every time I come in with a basket of clothes, I get an unwelcoming scowl from 2 of their staff. Everyone else is very friendly, and the one time the duo wasn't there, I had a wonderful experience. SIMILAR PLACES I RECOMMEND SELLING/BUYING IN COLUMBUS: * One More Time * Second Chances * Clothes Mentor * Platos Closet * Uptown in Hilliard ^^ I hate to give negative reviews, but personally, I would go to all of the above places before this place. BUYING: * One of the more expensive consignment/secondhand stores in Columbus. The reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 1or 2 is because they do have quality brands such as Free People, Madewell, Lululemon, Athleta, etc. (but so do all of the others I mentioned). SELLING: * The same as other Uptown Cheapskate stores. Personally, I would rather sell my items to any other store than this one. You'll get the same price or more, and you'll have nicer staff.

They brought the lights, timer and fasteners; arrived when they said they would; and are clearly not afraid of heights. My house looks like a Christmas miracle and it was well worth the price - especially considering how high they had to climb. I was so impressed with these guys! They will take the lights down for us in January, too. Although I love the way they look so much, I can't imagine ever wanting to take them down! I'll be sad to see them go. Highly recommend the Light Before Christmas team to ice out your house next holiday season!

Quoted price was half of my year-round landscaping company (January removal included.) Called Monday 12/5 and lights were up by Friday 12/9. The contract stated $50 charge for filing a credit card dispute - but I crossed that line out. So far, so good - will update! On Jan 2nd a small section burned out, because it was after the holidays I didn't ask for a repair. Lights were taken down after Jan 4th. As stated above I refused the credit card dispute line but they were willing to do business anyway. Reasonably priced company, did a good job putting up and taking down.
