Loads of clothing, of course. Very little men's dress wear, which is used to be their main thing decades ago. Now there is far more women's clothing, and kids', and toys, and food, and makeup, and housewares, and who knows what. It's like a much bigger, somewhat cheaper Marshall's. Which isn't a bad thing, but I was leery of the clothes that I thought about getting, and there really wasn't much else that was actually interesting. But, shopping for kids on a budget, or perhaps gifts, would be fun. Plenty of parking in the big mall.

Sarah dove in when we were in a jam needing a new black suit for my husband for an upcoming wedding. John went in right after her to help us out with an exchange and an order for two items from two different stores. Today and I'm horribly embarrassed I didn't get our third sales professional's name, I walked in seeking the items that would have been delivered yesterday to find them at the store and we were able to right size everything my husband needed for a wedding next weekend. Von Maur is exceptional. Three different sales touch points all with exceptional service and optimal consistent experiences. That RARELY happens, if ever. Today, upon our repurchase, our sales professional said he was going to process us and ensure John got the credit. Integrity at its finest. I love the store experience. I love the pianist team they have - seen two now since I seem to be going there more often. :) I'm so relieved we got my husband hooked up. I'm impressed with the store, the staff, the overall experience. Bigger fan than I was in February and too many years way to late as I never tried Von Maur out until now. THANK YOU ALL!

Which became $40 worth of cherry stuff. It is good stuff. It is expensive. There are almost always sales, which help, but it still ain't cheap. Service was great, and it turned out we have family ties to one of the staff, which was fun. Not busy after the snowstorm. Worth a visit if you're in the mall.

Service was friendly (always is, sometimes annoying if they are not busy), and was able to find the scents I was looking for. Although I find the Hollister in Easton to be the best of the Abercrombie & Fitch spinoff stores in…read morethe Columbus area, I perceive the store in Polaris to be pretty decent. A few years ago, it used to have the irritating perfume scent, but it doesn't anymore. Since the Aerostale store in Polaris has a first rate look, this store as well as the other Hollister stores in the world could have a makeover. But featuring vociferous music and dimmed lighting still make it a cutting edge place in any mall. Despite purchasing the majority of Hollister items at the Easton location, I bought my first Hollister item at the Polaris location. It was a nice looking polo shirt featuring blue and white stripes. It's unfortunate it's no longer in stock. But recently, I've purchased a big quantity of items at this store recently such as polo shirts with vivid colors and a fleece featuring a top notch design of the Hollister name. The current models at this location are affable, enthusiastic, and make a valiant effort to assist customers. When I used a fitting room, a model was civil enough to hold the sweater I was going to try on as she unlocked the door. One of the managers, Kristen, is also affable. I was having a conversation with her and stepped on her flip-flop. I apologized for this, but she was unfazed and enthusiastically said "That's okay!". Kristen is bubbly, which is a engaging trait for a manager who perhaps encourages work to be fun for the models and fun to shop for customers. Again, this Hollister store could upgrade it's look like the Aerostale store in Polaris, but it's still a pretty good place to visit and purchase the hip looking items.

All of the furniture is now in the middle of the store, with the aisles around the edges. They have really great deals on housewares stuff, so if you are looking for affordable shower curtains, dishes, towels, sheets, etc, check here first! Their decor items have become more and more competitive with the trends offered in the big box stores, but for a cheaper price. This is also a good place to check for patio furniture, outdoor/backyard items, as well as seasonal decorations. Personal paper products and paper towels are always really affordable here. They also have an impressive amount of food! Lots of shelf-stable items, as well as a few coolers in the back for last-minute dairy/frozen stuff. You can occasionally find some stellar deals on organic or name-brand items, but for the most part the prices are comparable to major grocers. So many fun beverages. There is always an interesting selection of random ethnic foods and treats. The staff is usually friendly and helpful here too. Sign up for their rewards card and they send out friends/family special coupons for 20% periodically throughout the year, as well as the occasional $5 off of $15 coupon. There is one employee in particular, (I believe her name is Kelly,) and she's incredibly nice and helpful every time I've gone in. She's very knowledgeable about the different styles and merchandise, and always offers advice and ideas about what to pair with what. She is always willing to check the back, as well as call other stores and check online when you're on the hunt for something. She's also very knowledgeable about different body types and offers suggestions based on that. All of the employees there are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. They always offer to help if you need anything, and start a dressing room for you. There are some other Torrid stores I've been to where they hate taking online returns. Thankfully I've never had that experience here. This store is very clean and organized, and even for a relatively smaller store, it is well stocked. I like shopping here, and would definitely recommend it!

From pipes to apparel to incense to random funny knick-knacks, they have a pretty wide selection for such a small store. There have been different woman employees both times I've been, and they've both been very helpful and friendly, greeting upon entry and taking my beginner questions seriously. Prices are posted clearly and are reasonable. I highly recommend this location, whether you're a beginner, pro, or just looking to browse some random wares.
