We got 3 shirts and a Stranger Things mystery mini figure. Sarah was great and offered to see what would save us more, a 30% coupon or $30 Hot Cash. They were running a buy 2 get 1 free shirt deal, but it did not apply if you were using Hot Cash. We still saved half of the total bill without the shirt deal. Great store, doesn't feel as cluttered as other locations. Staff is always great.

I've always found the people here a bit friendlier than most retail stores, and I think the selection is better than the other BRs in Columbus. Sure, the prices are a bit steep here, but I've always found the quality to be worth the cost. They also have a few really fantastic sales each year, so try to find those and score yourself some sweet deals.

A few years ago, it used to have the irritating perfume scent, but it doesn't anymore. Since the Aerostale store in Polaris has a first rate look, this store as well as the other Hollister stores in the world could have a makeover. But featuring vociferous music and dimmed lighting still make it a cutting edge place in any mall. Despite purchasing the majority of Hollister items at the Easton location, I bought my first Hollister item at the Polaris location. It was a nice looking polo shirt featuring blue and white stripes. It's unfortunate it's no longer in stock. But recently, I've purchased a big quantity of items at this store recently such as polo shirts with vivid colors and a fleece featuring a top notch design of the Hollister name. The current models at this location are affable, enthusiastic, and make a valiant effort to assist customers. When I used a fitting room, a model was civil enough to hold the sweater I was going to try on as she unlocked the door. One of the managers, Kristen, is also affable. I was having a conversation with her and stepped on her flip-flop. I apologized for this, but she was unfazed and enthusiastically said "That's okay!". Kristen is bubbly, which is a engaging trait for a manager who perhaps encourages work to be fun for the models and fun to shop for customers. Again, this Hollister store could upgrade it's look like the Aerostale store in Polaris, but it's still a pretty good place to visit and purchase the hip looking items.

The prices match the nearby Marshall's and TJ Maxx, obviously. But you can find some deals. I always check out the pet area for treats and toys. You can also find Darn Tough socks sometimes. Even when my wife was an employee at a competing outdoor retailer (where I got a discount) I was still shopping online at STP. When I found out they were building a brick and mortar store here in Columbus I was beyond thrilled! As it is part of the TJX companies it still means that the store is a gamble when it comes to brands and sizes found. However, it makes a great starting point as you can easily search their site to see if there are other sizes, colors, etc available. Don't have a tiny pocket computer (aka a smart phone)? There's no need to fret! In store they even have a kiosk where you can search their online stock. My only real dislike of the physical store is that as of right now they do not accept the countless coupons that come to my email address. This may change soon as an employee recently told me that they would start honoring them. Until then, I will still order the bulk of my purchases from the website so I can use the frequent STP coupons. With the store so close it's super easy to return to the store with no hassle. This is extremely helpful when ordering shoes online as some outdoor brands use variations of European sizing that allow for greater fit specification. Recently I ordered two pairs of a boot to see if they would work for my job. Having a low volume super narrow foot they did not but, with the painless returns it was no problem. They've got all the regular sizes in men and women's sizes XS to XL that fit as they're supposed to. I'm on the big side of the spectrum at 6'3" and 260 pounds so their XL was a big snug in the fancy shirt but the XL tees and tanks are a perfect fit. If the prices scare you away then do what I did and grab a mystery tee in your size for a significant price break. I walked out of there happy with my purchase and I had to give them five stars here on yelp! I'll be back as the summer wears on to get some more of the softest shirts I've ever felt.

Got a text the day after I ordered online, that the items were ready in-store. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Lots of things calling my name, but left without buying more. Right by the zoo play area. We came in at Macy's but I'm not sure that's the best entrance; not too far, anyway.
