I was in my friend's wedding and every time I went in to get it checked, it didn't feel as if any alterations were done unless they were the wrong ones. The pant legs were good one week but needed more waist room and then the next week the legs were too long and the waist hadn't been adjusted. I spent $300 to buy the suit and another $210 in gas money having to continuously go in to the store which was excessive. I was told "you should be able to walk out with it and not try it on, but you can if you want to" and every time I tried it on, it didn't fit right. There ended up being a hole where the seating room is and there was no time for further adjustments since it was the day before the wedding after weeks of going into this place. The hole got bigger as the night went on and the other groomsman also mentioned how the sowing on their pants were cheap quality. You don't get your money's worth from this place and in the end, you most likely won't be happy with the end product.

As expected, the clothes are a bit higher in price, but hey, ya gotta pay for that extra fabric, dude. Our salesman was very welcoming and stayed with me throughout the duration of my visit, although I told him that he could tend to anyone he needed to and check back with me. Note to all you shoppers out there: be respectful and don't monopolize the attendant's time while you're still in the consideration stage. He was even kind enough to give me the location of sister stores, if I couldn't find what I needed there. I also find that to be a pleasant surprise, because most times, they will offer to order it for you and keep the commission. He was obviously more concerned with my satisfaction, for which, I am extremely grateful. I will definitely return.

The particular day that I went and found the DXL at Polaris I discovered that the location of the store matters most definitely with inventory numbers and product. I was headed to Men's Wearhouse at Polaris not knowing there was a DXL there oh. I am so glad I went a couple blocks away and found this particular DXL. And the days the pandemic it is difficult, I believe, for businesses to have a legitimate and full staff. I walked into the store and it was packed honestly. I saw one lady working with customers and working and running around but I just thought there were other employees working! However, this lady, Stephanie, was the only employee working this particular day. I was in the store shopping trying things on and enjoying my experience for more than an hour and I will attest that this lady would be the best brand ambassador for DXL ever. The store only got busier over the course of time that I was there--and she never stopped. Stephanie created an impression upon me that now has me connected to the Polaris DXL. Her calming professional Style and ability to help everybody the way she did this day proves to me that she really does know what she's talking about and cares about each and every customer. I'm sure I witnessed all of this even though she is overworked and probably underpaid. The inventory in this store is larger greater than what I consider the inventory to be at the Olentangy Henderson Road store. Perhaps it's totally do two more square footage here at the Polaris store but it's definitely more appreciated Yes, as every retailer there are those specific sales and incentives to get you in the door and to get you to buy one that will encourage you to purchase more but it's still acceptable and encouraged for someone like me that has to spend thousands a year on clothing for play and for professional work. The cleanliness here in the dressing room area and in the area where shoes are found is unbelievably totally organized and cleaned beyond what I ever would have thought. While the place wasn't very busy at all, the guy helping me appeared to do anything but help. First they didn't have the correct sizes/colors and matching pants for the suit separates. While I was looking to decide on something that the whole wedding party would wear I was given a Frankenstein outfit, jacket of a different color, pants of a different separate, and a vest of the wrong color...all while being told "but this will give you an idea and then we can order it all for you".....nope! To top it off the suits are pretty dated, if you are just trying to go cheap this is an option for a suit, if you want something more modern better go to Mens Warehouse or Macy's...both of which were a far better experience.

Do not try to reach H&M by phone you will speak with someone who does not understand English very will. I will probably never shop there again and it was one of my favorite store.
