So I went here to see. I am not the easiest to fit, so I didn't have a lot of hope for this, but I figured I would still try. I took a sample of what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly employee Wes, who then showed me 3 to 4 different options and suggested them based on his own taste but also what I had mentioned. It was great. I tried them on and some fit well but lacked some things I wanted and others didn't fit the way I wanted so no perfect match but here is why this place gets 5 stars while I was there I observed other customers in the store and West going above and beyond to offer advice on other things in the store and personal recommendations to the point customers even were saying "wow I really appreciate that information" " that means alot" ect He really showed a "I care about everyone" attitude top notch customer service! He even tried to find something for me, but unfortunately, there just wasn't anything that was there that matched, but we found something close. I just needed a different size, so he took my info and will be in touch when it comes in. I was very impressed with the customer service observed! If you are looking for leather, jocks, or fun underwear, this is the place to check out and the customer service at least if Wes is there is Amazing! I was with my four year old so unfortunately I wasn't really able to shop for myself but he found a ton of fun things he wanted from books to fidget toys. They even had Needohs which was an unexpected surprise. Staff were super friendly, and prices are to be expected for the brands and unique items. Definitely will have to come back for a grown up trip!

My first item from here was given to me as a gift, a shirt that said "Are you high?" on it. Pretty funny if you know that they are located on High St. If you don't, it's still funny. Whenever I wear it out people always make comments about it, it's hilarious. Most recently I purchased an iridescent cropped puffer jacket for about $80 and I'm obsessed with it. I was legit just walking by on a Saturday morning and I saw it... then had to have it! Torso is described as a menswear boutique as they have a big selection of men's underwear and "swimwear" but as a female raver, this place is a jackpot for fun clothes and accessories for those late nights when I'm dancing my butt off. They have quirky glasses, masks, hats, super funky clothing, fun toys and knick knacks, and more. If you're on the hunt for a unique gift for a friend, they could very well have something for you to wrap up. Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund. I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere. I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle delicate merchandise like suede so that the quality isn't compromised. I would've expected higher standards from an upscale boutique.

Prices are elevated here but I'm sure it's quality and unique. I'd come again! The staff greeted us and were fashionable to look at.
