Torso is described as a menswear boutique as they have a big selection of men's underwear and "swimwear" but as a female raver, this place is a jackpot for fun clothes and accessories for those late nights when I'm dancing my butt off. Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund. I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere.
