I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here. The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway. So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. The shirt studs and cuff links were very cheaply made and of poor functionality. The shirt studs kept coming undone and popping out for all of the men in the wedding party even for the very lean men so that was a miserable experience to be redoing those throughout the ceremony and reception. Men's Wearhouse needs to fix this problem. In fact, the tuxedo jewelry was so cheap that the purchase price for the company had to be well below the eight dollars they charge you for the rental. I have worn a tuxedo many times in my life and have never put one on without proper tuxedo jewelry and have never before had this problem. In fact Men's Wearhouse rented the tuxedos to us without including jewelry even after we discussed it at our initial visit so we had to go back and rent the jewelry for all six men after the fact. The fit was OK, but you really have to advocate for yourself for the proper fit as the fitters are so busy that they just hurry through the measurement and fitting process.

The tailor on site said he could not make the changes, they were too extensive, and their only answer was to order a new outfit that would arrive after the wedding. They cheerfully gave me back my money, and I wore my own suit. There was no other attempt to right this incredible wrong. I would rent from my neighbor before renting from them again.

Off the bat was surprised the pants were not lined in any fashion. The most disappointing thing was my jacket button fell off the first night I wore it. Because the wedding is during the day and on a Sunday, Justin C. suggested my husband try on a vest and long-sleeve shirt, suit pants and designer half boots to see if the outfit combination met our expectations. My husband looked amazing because of Justin C's fashion sense, so we bought all of it, suit jacket too. Here's the bummer news...Unfortunately, the suit jacket and pants needed to be altered, but the store's tailor is located in Atlanta, GA, which was not told to us when we bought the merchandise. We had to return the suit today because it won't be done in time for the wedding, something the store was surprised to learn after checking the status of our order. The store manager and regional manager worked so hard to meet our deadline, but no luck. We kept everything else on our receipt (vest, long-sleeve shirt, swanky boots.) it's a total bummer because the suit is gorgeous. IMPORTANT ADVICE: Do not use Jos A Bank for alterations. The dependency to have it shipped from Columbus, OH to Atlanta, GA is too great of a risk. Again, this is nothing against the Dublin, OH store. Thomas the store manager, Justin C., and all associates with whom we spoke over the phone were exceptional, kind and willing to help us. The clothing is modern, good selection of merchandise, and we will shop at this store again. Justin C. is seriously an amazing sales person, tried his best to help us, and should not be faulted.

Having said that the return policy could still be better as once the limited time passes you can't return at all which can be tough. The other thing I think could use some tweaking is the set up with the sunglasses. Many of them have security tags on them which you have to be super careful with not to scratch the glasses with, and the mirrors above them are distorted like a fun house. It's very strange. I ended up having someone remove the tags to try on and walk to a different part of the store to look in a mirror which the staff was fine with and perfectly understanding about but it did create more work for them. Not sure what the solution is, and I will continue to buy sunglasses here due to the price despite the hassle but it would be better if there wasn't one.

Alphasuit was incredibly easy to book an appointment, get measurements, and pick my fabric and style. I'd shopped around a bit and the prices and selection here are top notch. The staff was super friendly and very helpful picking out the right styles. I'd highly recommend.

I told Shaun I'd recently lost weight and would probably lose another 10 pounds before the wedding. Instead of suggesting we wait, he went ahead and ordered the suit. By the time it arrived, it didn't fit, and I had to spend another $160 at a local tailor. Shaun had said the changes would be minor, but they weren't. It's disappointing to pay for a fully custom suit and then pay again to fix it. I understand the weight loss played a role, but better advice could have avoided the issue--that's the kind of expertise you expect when going custom.
