I HATEEEE SUIT SHOPPING!...except for when I visited the Mens Wearhouse. Kirt mentioned he had been doing this for years and it showed. I had been told about an awesome 2 suits for $200 deal that prompted my visit. When I arrived, I saw nothing that alluded to such a deal. Kirt was able to find what my friend had ordered, walked through sizing and suggestions and checked me out....in less than 45 minutes. When I say less than 45 mins, that is when I entered the door....and that was after waiting a few minutes. Since I had an event in a week, they were able to get the suits tailored (for around $100 extra) and have it done within the week. Surprisingly, pick-up almost took as long as my original visit. It's because Kirt wasn't there! The store had a great deal, was clean and had a very good selection. I can't say much more about MW because the main reason for this review was to reflect how great the service was. I'll come back to MW for all my professional attire needs. Thanks good sir! read more

I will NEVER go to Men's Warehouse again. As father of the bride, I rented a tux 1 month ahead of the wedding. All measurements were taken. On pick-up, I had sleeves that were 4 inches too long, inseams that were 6 inches too short, pants that did not match the coat, and a shirt that can only be described as Seinfeld's puffy shirt, with shoulders 4 inches down my arm. I cannot imagine any human body this combination would fit. The tailor on site said he could not make the changes, they were too extensive, and their only answer was to order a new outfit that would arrive after the wedding. They cheerfully gave me back my money, and I wore my own suit. There was no other attempt to right this incredible wrong. I would rent from my neighbor before renting from them again. read more

This store does not answer their phones or return voicemails requesting a callback. When I finally got through, I was put on hold by a woman for 25 minutes, and she never returned to the call. I hung up at that point. Once their sale is made, that's pretty much all the help you'll get. Don't bother with their promotions that entice you to visit a store. They forget to apply it, and it's a hassle to have them rectify the mistake. Don't bother contacting corporate either. The contact (MM) who was appointed to address my inquiry stopped responding when I mentioned being unhappy with the service and considering a return. Do yourself a favor and visit any other place that sells suits, etc. In this day and age, with numerous options available (both online and in brick-and-mortar stores), there is no reason this level of customer service should be tolerated. read more

Took 2 suits to the Easton store to be tailored. Cost was $160 per suit. When I tried them on they were too tight. The pants fit like jeans and felt like they would rip at the seams when I sat down and the jacket was too tight at button. I asked them to correct the tailoring. They tried to charge me to retailor. I declined to pay as it was their mistake. When I picked up the suits the following week, the suits fit the same. I asked if they had retailored them. They said they had and that they looked fine on me. I said I was not comfortable in the fit and asked them to retailor. They refused. I'm out $320. Go somewhere else. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This store experience was ridiculous. I needed to update my suit so I thought I'd give them shot. I walked into an empty store and was quickly greeted. After a brief measurement from the sales clerk, she proceeded to try to find my size. Since the suits had not been properly sorted by size, she spent forever flipping through the hanging suits to try to find a size. After rummaging through all the suits she said she didn't have anything in my size but if I saw something I liked, I could order it. Who orders a suit without trying it out? Incompetent. I went into the Upper Arlington store on March 28 to get a jacket, pants and shirt for a wedding this coming weekend. Selected everything quickly, but the jacket I wanted was not at this store in my size. Store said they would order it and it would take about a week to arrive. I paid for everything then left and waited. Two days ago on April 9th, I called the store to see if the jacket had arrived - it had not and apparently was never ordered. Person I spoke to apologized, promised to order it immediately and rush the delivery. I went into the store this afternoon. The jacket had not arrived, and was apparently never shipped from wherever it was coming from. I leave at 7am in the morning for a niece's wedding in LA, and have no coat to wear. Multiple levels of failure by Mens Wearhouse staff. No contact from the district manager to apologize and try to fix situation. Very sad to see what has become of this company. read more

We went in to be fit for a tuxedo and there were several other customers in the store. When there was a break I asked the sales people where we should wait in order to be fit. They said they'd get to me. So we started trying things on and no one ever came to us. As we were leaving, the salesman asked if we still needed to be fit. I literally had my hand on the door. I said no. My son was very upset because he wanted to be fit and I wanted this to be special and neither of those things happened. I called later to speak to manager because my son also left his AirPods in the dressing room. The poor customer service extends up to the manage. We will never return and I will share this experience with everyone. read more

This place is ridiculous. I came in for a tuxedo rental for my brother's wedding and when I went to pick it up, I had some time before the event (like a week or so). They explained that when I picked it up, I should try on everything as a final fitting and to make sure it was to my liking. I decided my shirt was too big, but when I asked the customer service representative about it and she responds with... "well it's a rental so....". I almost asked for a new rep on the spot but I wasn't in the mood to deal with it. I shelled out more than 200 for a tuxedo that doesn't fit me and abhorrent customer service. As someone who also works in the customer service industry, you should have been heavily reprimanded for speaking to clients like that if not worse. What's the point of offering a service like a final fitting and then taking that opportunity away when I want to use it? However the man who initially did my measuring was very quick and efficient. So I at least appreciated that. The funny thing is that my other two brothers (the other best man and the groom) were saying they had the exact same experience so I wish it was just this location but perhaps it's the entire chain. read more

I've been buying my formal dress shirts and ties and pants here for over a decade, as well as some of mine favorite everyday shirts as well. Solid options for both - you don't have ta be looking for a button up shirt to come here, though that is definitely their bread and butta. They oftentimes have fantastical sales (currently Buy One Get One Free on virtually the entire store), and an amazazingly helpful staff. I've been going to Melvin here forever, and he's always awesome. Extremely helpful, very personable and a sharp eye for fashion. The layout is crisp, neat and easy to shop with a solid selection both in size and variety. They also offer in house alterations, which is a bonus. read more

He never rushed us and took his time. My husband got new shirts, pants, shoes, and a couple of new ties. Dillon made sure we got items that also had good sales going on. My boyfriend found out he had a med school interview two days before it was to occur. A last minute cancellation proved to be his opportunity. Except he didn't own a suit. Just a lame sport coat that he had been toting around since high school. Not acceptable. In a panic and on a budget we were both freaking out. Thankfully the good folks at Men's Wearhouse were there to save our day. The store is confusing to me because I don't ever shop suits. Confusing to my boyfriend as well because it doesn't sell scrubs. We walked in and explained our situation and time crunch to April. She calmed us down and told us she could do it. Unbelievable she did. Working with my boyfriend's small stature proved a challenge. April walked us through different suits and styles for forty five minutes before we found something both in our price range and his size. After trying on the suit April sent the tailor in and was able to alter the pants and jacket in thirty minutes! While we waited she showed us a multitude of ways to make his suit function. Purple shirt and paisley tie for dinners, white shirts with colorful ties for spice, and ties with different patterns and colors to change the look of the shirt we already had. She even explained how in suit etiquette the color of your socks should be an extension of your suit. We left in a little more than an hour with a suit that fit perfectly and money still in the bank. I can not express enough how helpful the service was at this store. If you ever have a suit emergency, call April at Men's Wearhouse to fix it. You will not be disappointed. read more

I went here to for a tux rental for a wedding I was in recently Price: I'm not sure if this rental was expensive when compared to other Tux rental places but I considered $250 for a one day rental to be expensive. Service: Average. Took my measurements for the tux, this went pretty smooth and was timely. Told me I could pick the suit up at least two days before the wedding. The suit didn't show up until three days before the wedding. Product: Both the jacket and shirt were not long enough, they were able to switch the shirt that came with the tux out. (For a wrinkled one) but they did nothing for the jacket. When I asked to have the sleeves let or or get an exchange the person working said "sorry, that's how it's supposed to look. Why were the jacket sleeves for the rest of the wedding party normal length? The jacket sleeves let a good 4 inches of the shirt show and looked ridiculous in pictures. Overall: For $250 I got a short rental (had to be returned by close Sunday), a wrinkled shirt, and a jacket that didn't fit. Will never go back on my own. read more

First time in. Never bought a suit before so needed help. They are extremely busy and Ive worked in the service industry so I understand. I can't speak for the entire staff, but one particular worker was incredibly rude, rolled his eyes at our questions, and would not perform a measurement so we could at least look in the right area. I understand finding workers is hard during the pandemic, but employing people like this is a guaranteed way to turn away customers. read more

I purchased two custom suits. First one arrived alterations completely off they then rushed through a 2nd round of alterations for an event I was scheduled to attend that evening and the fit was not acceptable. I had been told by the sales associate that if I was not satisfied with this suit that he would refund me the amount for the 2nd suit. To date, no refund/no suit. Keep getting the round around MW corporate. How difficult is it to say we have a suit the customer doesn't want and refund the amount to the customer's credit card. If they would have made any effort to resolve this I would have been a regular customer but that is no longer the case. Terribly disappointed and would not recommend MW to friends and family. read more

I am a current senior in high school who has never been to a formal prom before because of Covid. So, needless to say, I wanted to go all out. I bought a beautiful ball gown and me and my boyfriend decided he would wear a grey tux. He found one he liked on the website and went in to get measured. He paid for rush delivery, and it arrived today (Prom is tomorrow). He tried it on, and it did not fit him. At all. Pants were too short, Vest was too big, and the shoulders of the jacket were baggy. They also gave him a pre-tied tie as if he was a child. When he brought up the issues to the person working, they said they had no person who could alter in the store. The gentleman suggested he get another, but how would it arrive in time? My boyfriend was not the kindest to say the least, but the policy on tux rentals is absolutely ludicrous and is made to screw you over, as actual purchases have a 90 day return policy. Now he is stuck paying $200 odd dollars for a suit that he is not going to wear and we have to go out and find him a jacket tomorrow. Do not rent from mens wearhouse. read more

They definitely have the service and selection to make this a top notch "dress like a gentleman" shop (not sure if they have hats, canes, or shoes for sale though). Check your price tags, dressing nice can sometimes come with some sticker shock. They do have a wide variety of price ranges. Talk about up-selling! The staff was MORE than attentive, almost to the point that it was too much. Don't get me wrong, the guy who helped us knew his stuff, and he picked out some very nice stuff for my fiance to try on, but we didn't need the extra pitches about the coat, the shirt/tie combos, the socks, the shoes, etc. I know he's doing his job, but it just wouldn't stop. I come here for my shirts and ties because the sales clerks are attentive and helpful. They actually have measuring tapes and useful suggestions...can't really find that at department stores. There was one time where I was mostly ignored by a female sales clerk. Not sure why... But otherwise staff exceedingly polite and helpful. read more

Got tux at this location. Some big problems with my order that they corrected in about 30 minutes. My son also had to make 3 trips to get his order corrected. Total tux order was 14 for this wedding at over $200 per tux. I thought tux was of relatively poor quality. Thankfully most orders were done at other locations. Terrible experience. I went to get my suit pants tailored and when I asked for them to go tighter during fitting the rep told me the "seems would rip". and "I could always get it tighter in the future for no charge". Two weeks later when I went to get it it was extremely baggy then when I said I needed it tailored again they tried to charge me extra and I have to wait another two weeks. Basically told me I should wear and uncomfortable fitting sport coat because it looked better and told me I should be buying something more expensive if I wanted to be comfortable. I'm currently planning a wedding and I can honestly say that my experience with Men's Wearhouse is by far the most frustrating experience I've had during my wedding planning to date. We went to the Lennox location because of its proximity to our house. We were handed off to a girl who had no idea what was going on (Audrey? Aubrey?). She has clearly received no real training. I do have to admit that I can't put all of my frustration on her, though... I was unhappy in general, due to the lack of options offered at Men's Wearhouse. For example, they boast that they can match any David's Bridal color. We asked to see what vest options they offered in sangria (our color) - there was ONE option, and it's an absolutely hideous paisley pattern. No thanks. We told her we wanted gray tuxes for the groom and groomsmen. There are only two options, a Vera Wang and a Calvin Klein. She was showing us the Vera Wang, which is much darker. I told her I didn't like the dark gray, and wanted something more like the light gray Calvin Klein. She told me the Calvin Klein was about $80 more expensive, which was a litlte outside our price range, so we went (unhappily) with the Vera Wang. It didn't make sense to me, that a Vera Wang would be cheaper than a Calvin Klein, but hey... I'm not the one working at Men's Wearhouse. (to be continued) It then took her 45 minutes to enter all of our information into the computer. FORTY FIVE MINUTES. She also was completely unprofessional - she had writing all up and down her arms. Her explanation? "Oh... I went to my tutor last night and I forgot to take paper so I had to write everything on my arms." Um... what? 1) Why haven't you taken a shower since last night? 2) Please wash that off before coming to work. We then had another man come out to measure my fiance. It went quickly, but, as I'll mention later, probably went so quickly because he failed to actually accurately measure anything. We left feeling very unhappy and completely NOT confident about our picks for tuxedos, etc. We spoke to another friend of ours who is also getting married this summer - he said he had a great experience at the Tuttle location. We went there a few weeks after our original disastrous experience. The experience we had at Tuttle was a COMPLETE 180. I HIGHLY recommend going to Tuttle if you live in the Columbus area and want to shop from Men's Wearhouse. The woman we worked with there (Laurie?) was incredibly friendly, professional, and VERY helpful. In fact, she informed us that ALL of the measurements the Lennox location took on my fiance were wrong. Every. Single. One. She had to completely re-measure him. For example, my fiance wears a 33" waist. They had measured him as a 38. That's a huge difference! They also had his jacket size incorrect, his sleeve length, even his vest. I then told Laurie (?) that I liked the Calvin Klein tux better. I asked her for the price difference - I had forgotten. She told me that the Calvin Klein tux I loved so much was actually CHEAPER than the Vera Wang. CHEAPER. I had ONLY picked the Vera Wang because I was told the opposite. I was so frustrated. We obviously switched to the cheaper and more appealing option. Please, please save yourself the time and hassle of going through this - skip the Lennox location all together. read more

Simple review: Came here for tuxes for my wedding, took about 10 minutes to decide from many different options, then gave all of my groomsmen information, was measured and out the door in about 30-45 mins. They were always very helpful and even called to remind us about the cutoff date for ordering tuxes.( In case you groomsmen that like to drag their feet). A bit pricey, but worth it, I will go here again if I need a tux in the future. read more
