When I picked up my order and tried to explain the situation, I was met with attitude. There are much better dry cleaners in town, and I will continue going to the one on Bethel that has provided great service for years, even though it is no longer convenient to my office. Also, I am not an American, but at least I speak English. The attendant here did not. Also, when the attendant tried to contact the owner for his support on my issue, the owner said he was too busy to help. Incompetency at its finest. Over just $30, they lost my service for good. I've been to better dry cleaners in the last month in El Salvador and also in Guatemala. Ludicrous at best. Still no resolution. I want a full refund.

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.
