I'm not sure how I'm going to get them out! They don't have any kind of a discount and didn't offer one either. YOUR PRESSING PRICES ARE NOT ON THE WEBSITE PER YOUR ANSWER. We are from out of town as is our daughter so we needed to find a place that would steam, press and arrange her dress for the wedding. From the get go, Margaret was AMAZING!! She was in constant contact, explained everything and made the entire process seamless. She put our mind at ease and it was wonderful to not have any apprehensions in regard what is probably one of the most important parts of any wedding. This cleaner lost my custom made silk coat, which was a gift from my deceased mother. Although they claim they offer refunds for missing items, I had to haggle with the manager because he said he could not reimburse me without the receipt of the coat. The coat was made 30+ years ago so this is a ridiculous ask. He agreed to cover only 1/5 of the amount after lots of back and forth to buy a replacement to which I believe is extremely insulting. It's been over a month. No updates at all. I regret that I took anything to this cleaner. read more

There is a thief or thieves working here. My wife's silk coat was not returned to her. We were told by management her coat mus have been delivered to the wrong address. Obviously they must deflect the blame on an unknown customer which is probably wrong. They will respond to this by saying they don't know we are. They ruined my leather jacket... the first time I got it, it took 2 weeks to get back and it was a completely different texture (like it was shaved?) and there were stains on the chest and sleeves. they sent it back for another 3 weeks and when I got it back there are still stains the jacket is substantially shrunken... this was last thrursday and I was told the manager would reach out to me the next day. It's now Monday and I've never heard anything from them. I want my $60 refunded and I'm tempted to ask for them to reimburse the damage done on my jacket... COMPLETELY OVERPRICED. First of all they don't tell you the price up front when you drop your clothing off, probably because they know they are overcharging. I gave them one suit (jacket and pants) for a press, and one button up shirt for a dry cleaning..and my total was $38. Are you kidding me? That is well above the average price for an order like that. I really did have a great experience here, they were so nice when I dropped off my dresses. I liked that I got a text and an email when they were ready, I dropped off on a Monday and picked up that Friday. The whole process went smoothly and my dresses are clean. I probably won't go back though because it cost $72 to have two dresses dry cleaned... I definitely should have checked the price before I had them cleaned but I never thought it would cost anything remotely that much. Lesson learned!! Update - just pulled my dress out of the bag and it has a stain on it!! I've worked with a delivery cleaner for years and wanted to work with a company that was local to Dublin, so I actually reached out to them years ago, but ran into a hiccup. I'm colorblind and hang all my ties over my suits and shirts so that I know what matches - so it's really convenient for me to be able to go into my closet and easily see all of my suits, shirts, and ties "looking at me" so that I can easily pick what I'm going to wear that day. I started working with Dublin Cleaners and the first shirts that came back were hung the opposite way - so that when I hung my clothes in the closet, all the shirts and suits "faced away" from me. It sounds pretty stupid as I write it down here, but I called in and asked someone if they could switch them around, but I was told that it wasn't possible. The machine apparently is built to put the hangars in the shirts with the hook facing right, so that was that. Again, it sounds dumb, but this was a deal breaker for me, especially considering the fact that I knew that the other company I'd previously worked with had already done a great job put the hangars on the clothes the way I liked them. Unfortunately they weren't local, but I ended up going back to them anyway... for a good 3 years. Then one day, Lonnie (the driver who comes through our area) saw me outside and stopped to talk. This was actually the second time he'd stopped me and he'd actually come to visit our home, knocked on the door, and spoke to my wife in the past as well. We got to talking about my little "first world problem" with the hangars and I explained that I was really happy with the other company I was working with, that they hadn't done anything wrong, and that having the clothes on the hangar in this particular manner was a deal breaker for me - and that I'd already tried to work with Dublin Clears before and was told they couldn't do it. To my surprise, Lonnie persisted and made it happen. I've been a happy customer ever since! read more

Did not get stain out that was right in front of a piece I brought in and said that it would come out; and the pressing of a cotton shirt was terrible. My husband and I have taken our dry cleaners to Dublin Cleaners for many years now. I stopped by Dublin Cleaners in November to have my wedding dress cleaned and they were pretty reasonable on the cost. Gina was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I wanted to make sure that they would take care of my dress, given that its a dress that I want to keep for quite a while. They said that the dress would take 4 weeks to clean, but they were finished with it in 3 weeks. Not bad. Again, the price wasnt bad at all, but a coupon to save a little bit of money, especially after a wedding, would of been helpful. I was charged over $5 for my shirts the first time I went in b/c "they are slim fitted shirts and we had to hand-press them" even though the assocaite said they'd be $2.30 when I dropped them off. I've never paid more than $3 per shirt. I brought up the issue to management and Brian was very quick to get back to me and offer a credit. Everything else about the experience was fine except for the fact of the price I ended up having to pay. read more

Awesome local dry cleaners. These guys have an cool tracking and notification system. Each article of clothing has a tag and you get email updates as items are ready. They code the tags with a description to so you know your "white stripe Geoffrey Beene" shirt is ready for example and they store the important details like what type of starch you like for each piece so you don't have to sift through piles every time you drop a bunch of clothes off. They have green bags you can get that you can just drop off versus waiting in line. They also have boxes you can take to collect hangars and they'll recycle them if you bring them back in. They are a little more expensive then other dry cleaners, but their attention to detail, turn-around and cool technology to me make it worth it. They also offer pick up and delivery service I have seen advertised, although I've never tried it yet. Added bonus too, they have a Keurig coffee maker and free bottles water in their lobby. read more

I recently had my mom's wedding dress restored by Dublin cleaners.The dress was never cleaned after 35+ years and had many stains and discoloration. I sought out Dublin cleaners after a family friend recommended them. My mom passed several years ago and I was hoping to wear her dress for my upcoming wedding in April. I personally worked with Margaret and she was fabulous! She was availble and answered all of my questions in a timely manner on top of being so sweet and understanding. I don't live in the area, so a box was shipped to my house and shipped back immediately after it was finished. The process was so seamless. The pricing was reasonable and fair. First they insisted that the sash on my winter coat was a separate item and charged me separately for it. Then when the order came back the sash wasn't there, but someone else's blouse was. I took back the blouse and asked them to look for the sash. Waited a week and no one got back to me. Then I complained on their website and the person who investigated said that she looked at the video and my sash was on the order when it was bagged. She offered me another belt that wasn't mine but someone else lost in their facility. I declined. That was all she had to say. End of transaction. Not only did I not get a refund offer of any amount, now my winter coat is useless. You do not get what you pay for here. Never going back. read more

I took a pair pants in to be altered. They did a fantastic job and I will be giving Dublin Cleaners all of my business.

Took a suit there about 6 months back and when i got it back the sleve of my jacket had holes in it. I was kind of pissed but i realized these things happen and wasn't entirely sure if i had maybe done the damage myself, although i didn't remember doing it. Took a second suit there that i picked up today and the band of my pants was broken. I know I didn't do this because I had only worn the suit 1 time before. I am now out about $800 in two suit pieces. Although their service is fairly cheap, there is a reason why. Unfortunatly, I didn't inspect my suits before taking them home. Very dissapointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It may have been two flukey incidents but I can't afford to take the chance. read more

This was my first time using Dublin Cleaners. I took a cocktail dress there (that I love and while I purchased it on a clearance sale, it is very expensive - I know I can't get another one), and I was worried about it being cleaned incorrectly, due to poor experiences elsewhere, in the past. My dress came back clean, pressed and honestly, it looked better than when I bought it. It was well-worth the $12 I spent to clean it since I don't wear it very often. Demetria has especially been a pleasure to work with as she is always professional, courteous and conveys the exact finishing touches that I have come to prefer for my garments. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars is because the intake clerk asked me when I dropped off the sweater, if I would like it hung differently on the hanger so that it isn't wrinkled when I pick it up. I agreed that it would be nice to take advantage of the offer. When I returned to pick up my sweater it was hung on the hanger normally. The lady apologized and stated she didn't know why this wasn't done in the manner we discussed since she specified this in the instructions. These folks are do a fine job - what you would expect. But $9 to dry clean a wool sweater??? I have been in here several times but I am always the only customer in the place. Maybe they need to take a lesson from Zips in Maryland where they do just as good a job for $1.99 and there is always a line out the door.
