I went in the Tuesday my clothes were supposed to be done (during posted open hours) and unfortunately Lenka's door was locked. I went and ran another errand for 30 more minutes and went back and the door was still locked. Tried calling her number a couple of times no answer. Frustrating but it happens. I finally was in town and able to pick up my clothes 3 weeks later after promised completion date as I had been traveling a lot for work. Lenka couldn't find my clothes and this was due to the fact that she hadn't completed them nor started. She offered to "take a little off price" although these were forgotten about for 4 weeks.
