I am a Santa Claus Portrayal Artist. One of our biggest fears is bringing our Santa Suit to a dry cleaner. If it's not done correctly, the white fur will come out pink. I took 1 of my suites to this cleaners based on a recommendation as a test. upon arrival, I was assured that they will be able to clean my suit without the fur turning pink. About a week later, I returned to pick it up and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, it look like the day i bought it. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, it was half as much as I was quoted by another cleaners who didn't seem to exhibit the same confidence. I will now bring my other suit there as well. LA cleaners is pretty great. They have a very reliable door service to pickup and drop-off you dry cleaning items, makes it super convenient...additionally the price is good too. Dress shirts are roughly $2.50 or so, you cant beat that with a stick! I had them do some sensitive items (things that couldn't be ruined or lost) for our wedding, and they did amazing. They were able to provide expedited service, I cant remember if it was same day, or next day, but it was about 30% more for that...considering the level of comfort I had in them, well worth the extra $$$ read more

Our experience with LA Cleaners was great from the start when we stopped in for dry cleaning on Thursday, Sept 18th. We were warmly greeted at the door by an employee who took our two comforters and registered our names and contact information in their system. He was upfront about an additional charge for removing the cat hair from one of the comforters. The extra charge was expected due to the large quantity of cat hair on the comforter. I stopped in on Tuesday, Sept 23rd at 2PM. Please note that the receipts say to pick up the dry cleaning after 3PM but I was running errands in the area and checked in to see if the comforters were ready early. The employee working the front desk had some trouble finding one of the comforters but this was because it just finished in the dryer and hadn't made its way up to the front desk. The employee saved me an additional trip to pick up the comforters which was really appreciated. I paid for the services and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I plan on bringing my dry cleaning to LA Cleaners in the future and strongly recommend them. read more

Great customer service. I brought them my wedding dress after a slightly muddy outdoor ceremony. They gave me several options and prices and explained the difference between each service. I have a very tight budget and I mentioned that and instead of pressuring me to choose the more expenseive option they gave me a third choice. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Dropped off 20 regular cotton shirts to be laundered and pressed. Told it would be $2.11 per shirt. I go charged over $6.00 per shirt. I can't believe a dry cleaners can stay in business with this kind of lying and cheating the public. We haven't lived here lon and I intend to tell everyone that I meet just how horrible this place is. Do yourself a favor - go across the street. They may charge just a bit more but at least regular cotton shirts won't cost over $6.00 to have laundered!!! read more

The first time I took my dry cleaning there I had a suit that the hem was falling out of on one of the pant legs. I didnt say anything because I was planning on taking the suit where I bought it after it was cleaned because they would fix it. To my surprise when I picked up my suit LA Cleaners had already fixed it. Not often do you find a business willing to do the little things to make a customer happy. I have been going here for a year now and they are always friendly and very customer oriented. I haven't used the free pick up and drop off service, but I do see it in my neighborhood. Be careful if you use a coupon. I had a coupon for one free item with the price of cleaning one item, and the claim ticket printed out correctly fortunately. When I arrived to pick my items up, she tried to charge me for the full amount. This could have been a problem in the computer/register but why then did it print correctly when I dropped off? Error or not, this type situation really bugs me. read more
