After my own admission of failure in foresight on my part, without any hesitation she said I would be notified THE NEXT DAY of my suits completed accompanied with a warm smile. As Wednesday went on, I waited for a text to inform me my order was ready. Instead I got a phone call. It was from James. He told me that he was informed I was traveling and was leaving the Columbus area Thursday. He asked which hotel I was staying at to personally deliver my suits. I initially said I could just stop by the store first thing in the morning before leaving and he said that would be fine, but he was also more than willing to drop it off to the front desk of my hotel. At this point in the day, it was evening and the store was closed. That kind of customer service for someone whom they know isn't a regular customer, nor a guarantee that I will be coming through the area any time soon or at all, is phenomenal. I just wanted to personally thank the team at Swan Cleaners for going far beyond expectations. The suits were in perfect condition and the shirt was pressed like new. Asked for the owners phone number; he doesn't ever pick up and doesn't have voice mail or other answering service so I cannot leave a message. Upon research, the owner has other dry cleaning facilities in the city with a BBB rating of F. I now am left paying $50 for my clothes to be ruined.

We were warmly greeted at the door by an employee who took our two comforters and registered our names and contact information in their system. He was upfront about an additional charge for removing the cat hair from one of the comforters. The extra charge was expected due to the large quantity of cat hair on the comforter. I stopped in on Tuesday, Sept 23rd at 2PM. Please note that the receipts say to pick up the dry cleaning after 3PM but I was running errands in the area and checked in to see if the comforters were ready early. The employee working the front desk had some trouble finding one of the comforters but this was because it just finished in the dryer and hadn't made its way up to the front desk. The employee saved me an additional trip to pick up the comforters which was really appreciated. I paid for the services and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I plan on bringing my dry cleaning to LA Cleaners in the future and strongly recommend them.

She yelled at me and said she would not do the job for me because I was being difficult and would be unhappy. I tried to explain that I just wanted to decide if I liked the length and she refused to listen and shooed me away with her hands while continuing to raise her voice and tell me to go. I've always been happy with the cleaners and Vinny is always friendly. I wish he had been there to witness this scene. Needless to say, I will not be back.
