The customer behind me stated "wow, she was really nasty to you." She was hands down the most hateful person I've had to deal with in a long time.

We left it in the dry-cleaning hanger bag and in a brand-new garment bag to travel by car. My husband took the shirt out at the hotel to wear and it had some weird dark stains on one cuff and the edge of the shirt. It was also covered in black lint which I had to lint roll off. He had no choice but to wear it. I took it back to Mimi's and they argued with me saying he got something on it because he wore it. I argued with the guy for 10 minutes. He went in back and took the stains out and said it was still my husband that must have got something on it. It could not happen there. And what about all the black lint that was all over it front and back?! They did not even offer to launder it and press it again. He just handed it back to me. I won't be going back there ever!
