I stopped in here for a couple shoes to be repaired. One pair of boots I wanted the bad-quality speed hooks replaced with eyelets and another pair of dress boots I wanted new top lifts (heel pads) as the old ones were almost to the heel stack. I was quoted a week for the repair. First, they indeed were repaired on time. If you allow, they will text you with updates. As much as I like and appreciate "old-school" repair shops, this is indeed a helpful service. Well done. Second, the repairs. The eyelets were added and color matched to the existing (which I was surprised with!). On the boots with the top lift replacement, they ended up adding a thicker one and I think removing a layer of the heel stack to compensate. All good. However, in sanding the lift down to match the heel stack, it looks like the sander caught the leather sole. I get it, it happens. But to think that was "good enough" and let it leave like that without trying to touch up the sole? It feels like poor attention to detail. Also, the edges of the top lift had stray fibers all over. Maybe my expectations are too high for shoe repair and this is to be expected. All that said, the pricing for the repairs was very reasonable so I can't complain. However, I would gladly pay more for a better result. Maybe their typical client is more value-oriented? There is also a nice selection of shoe care products and polishes from Sapphir (widely held as the top shelf brand) so I had expected top tier results. I started coming here a couple of years ago because I used to live in the community behind there. Over the weekend I went to wear a pair of jeans from my most recent pickup in Aug. Now I'm not the type of person that wears their clothes every month. When I attempted to wear the jeans THAT HAD COME STRAIGHT FROM THE CLEANERS BAG, THEY WERE RUINED BY SOME TYPE OF CHEMICAL STRIPING ALONG THE HANGER CREASE LINES. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE STORE SATURDAY 9/30. Whomever I spoke to said the manager would take care of it for sure, give her a call Monday. The owner said because it's been over 30 days it's not their fault. WHAT?!?!! If they didn't go into the cleaners that way and havent been worn since May, AND ONLY IN YOUR POSSESSION, how is that so? I will be taking them to court for the principle of the matter. See before and after pics of the jeans worn 1 time. I had 4 items 1 shirt, 1 dress, 1 pair of pants and a leather jacket zipper repair initially told $12 because it only needed a pulley. I received a call after several weeks later to explain the entire zipper would need to be replaced and would cost $50. Yesterday I get an email from them after having my jacket for 5 weeks, saying the same zipper is complete and now cost $78 for an UNCLEANED jacket! When I arrived my total was $119!!! This cleaners has quality work I totally felt taken advantage of by the price goughing. I only came to them because they dry cleaned my nephews 3-piece suit and shirt within 24 hrs for his funeral and it cost $35. Customer must be rich, be careful and bewear! read more

My mother always used to say - if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Well, Ma, I'm sorry. I'm a critic now and I have to say something about this Dry Cleaner. First off, I cannot provide a review on their dry cleaning quality. I've gotten my clothes dry cleaned at other Martinizing locations and thought that the service and quality was adequate. But as for this location, it's a whole different story. I visited this store as a new customer with a coupon that I had just received in the mail, so I brought my shirts in to be dry cleaned. The attendant counted my shirts and took down my contact information. When I presented my coupon, he took one look at it and rudely stated, "This doesn't' include shirts." I said, "What are you talking about? That's why I'm here!" He pointed out this fact in the fine print which required a magnifying glass to read. Granted, I missed the fine print, but why would anyone bother to visit a new Dry Cleaner unless they could enjoy a nice first-time discount on their everyday clothing??? Needless to say, this person made me feel like crap. I kindly retorted by stating that I was a first-time customer and would like a discount anyway. What do you think he said? You're right. He said, "Nope." OK then. Adios amigos! You'll never see me again! If he had only offered a small discount, they'd probably still have my business today. My favorite dry cleaning place. Great service can be achieved by setting clear expectations on what you want. I don't ever have to worry that my expectations are never met but exceeded. I am a regular here and plan to continue. I am a VIP member and got a nice dry cleaning bag to carry my stuff in for quick drop off. This location has a drive through which fits my busy schedule. I wish they didn't put my clothes on the cheap wire hangers. I hate collecting those. Reusable hangers would be smart. read more

My experience here was beyond terrible. Not only did the owner of this franchise destroy a three hundred dollar coat, she refused to do anything to make it right. She said that all work was "at my own risk" and refused to replace the garment that she destroyed (she washed a 100% wool coat, that has a tag saying "dry clean only). When I confronted her about this she said "we performed two services, washing and cleaning your coat, and only billed you for one" as if I should feel LUCKY that I only had to pay once for her to destroy my coat. Even though they have a sign that says "we guarantee our work. Period." on their wall, its a lie. If I could give them a lower rating I would. Can I request negative stars? read more
