They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I was charged (on a special promotion) $6.95 for a laundered golf shirt. This would be laundered not even dry cleaned and my first problem was even requesting light starch is the shirt was as wrinkled as when it was dropped off. Getting worse, as I unwrapped the plastic there was a light stain on the collar that I removed with paper towel and a dab of water with no effort. I think I paid $6.95 (on special) to have my shirt wrapped in plastic. Extremely disappointing in addition to his acting like the machine wouldn't take my credit card (worked before this and every time after) and asked for cash. I asked for a receipt, and he asked if the printout on the bag was ok?? Really, not even doing the work, overcharging even if you had AND you want to skate the tax and have a cash/receipt less deal. WOW, most every business in the world gives you a receipt as a common practice of doing business without asking I may add. read more

I literally never thought I would get the huge pen stain out of my trench coat and the person at the front desk also looked unsure. I had kept a pen in my pocket and it bled through my coat creating a blob an inch wide on my coat. He knew immediately that I had tried to remove it myself (a huge mistake when trying to remove difficult stains off of expensive coats, I'm told), but he decided to take on the project anyways. It was ready one week later. I arrived, scared that my coat would be damaged forever or that he couldn't remove the stain. He handed it to me and it looked as new as when I bought it. He even waterproofed it again because he had noticed some of it was wearing off! I will definitely come back here when I undoubtedly spill pen on my coat again. I had a velvet jacket, a suit with vest, and an additional pair of pants for alterations (shorten sleeves on the jackets, hem the pants, sew side panels into the vest to make it fit). Not all of this was easy to accomplish, especially the vest. Honestly, there was a delay in finishing as the seamstress was ill during the process, but I built in an extra two weeks for such impediments (and ended with a week to spare). My advice is to give yourself and the seamstress plenty of time and well ahead of your deadline. You will give them time needed and you will be pleased with the work! read more

I'm impressed with this locally owned store. I took an item in for alterations. They made a mistake and had to be re-done in addition to me having to re-purchase the materials to do the fix. Without hesitation, not only did they quickly correct their error, but they reimbursed me for the supplies that I had to repurchase. All without any complaints. I can not recommend this dry cleaner enough. The owner has spoken to me personally multiple times to help me and answer questions. He has given me great advice on whether to get items dry cleaned or not. He has also taken care of my wedding dress. It was covered with mud after my wedding in the mountains. He told me he would be able to get the mud and stains out. He did keep the dress longer, but it was worth it. He also was able to remove ash from a fire out of my white dress coat that I wore the night of my wedding. This is now my go to dry cleaner. They pride themselves in developing a solid relationship with their customers. Got a $3 discount for dry cleaning my winter coat, it's a ski kind of down coat so paying $26 was reasonable for the amount of effort they put in! It's a white coat so I was so pleased when they could remove all my dirty yellow stains, although there's still one stain that stubbornly remains, but that's my fault. Paid a similar price near campus in the past where they didn't do a good job and it smelled bad after getting it back. I love this place. My clothes always come out clean with the ever so slightest smell of freshness. I was surprised when I brought in a white blazer with some water stains and other brown discoloration; I already had an idea that it wouldn't come out so I wasn't expecting much. I have been using this establishment to care for my clothing for over 15 years. I have always experienced polite and exemplary service during all of those years. Especially noteworthy is the "damp pressing" method used on table cloths and bed linens. The result is in every way fit for a fancy restaurant or five star hotel. SO EXPENSIVE. I dropped off 4 items of clothing, all but one of which was quite cheap. I didn't look at the receipt until I walked out the door (prices aren't posted), and it was $52!!!! I walked back in and took my clothes back. For the 3 cheap pieces of clothing, the cleaning price for each piece was basically what I paid for them. After I got my clothes back, the owner tried to lecture me on why all other dry cleaning places are bad and why I should pay him $52. He would also always convince me to do 4-5 day pick up vs next day as he said it was so much more expensive come to find out I was only saving like $1.25 every time I dropped off 15-20 items... I brought in two coats badly covered in lint. I had taken them to another laundromat where they were unable to get any of it off at all (in fact they looked exactly the same as when I brought them in). I brought them to Dry Cleaning World somewhat pessimistically, and when I picked them up he apologized that he couldn't get it all. I was floored...he got 99% of it, and you wouldn't believe they were the same coats! He even fixed a button, and a tear I had not even noticed, free of charge. Very nice guy. i went here last month and got terribly rude service from i assume the manager he talked way to fast and just flat out mean he interuppted me when i was giving him my request and this place is a rip off your so cheap that you wont take any credit card charges for less than 20$.
