My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I just got home and noticed every stain is still there. It doesn't even look like they attempted to get any of the stains out. Very disappointed and don't have time to take it back. I guess it's my fault for getting it done last minute. But it never crossed my mind that it would still be stained.
