Completely ruined and stained my uniform shirt. Was going to give them a second chance and let them fix it when they offered but the owner kept passing comments saying "there is nothing wrong with those creases" and "the stains were there before." I wash and bleach my uniforms as well as iron them better than what these idiots did. Needed it looking extra good for a special occasion so went to a dry cleaner. Horrible service and attitude by the owner who showed little to no remorse much less take any responsibility. Hopefully dublin dry cleaners can fix what these guys messed up. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE. NEVER use this dry cleaner! I bet any positive reviews here are faked by the owner. My first experience with this dry cleaner couldn't have been worse. I took two suits and a blazer to get dry cleaned there. The blazer I took had some internal damage to the lining (I'm aware that there is a risk of more damage and that they won't take responsibility for damage caused to it) but they looked at it and told me "this will get more damaged going through the cleaning" I said "I understand that there is a risk but I've been dry cleaning this blazer for 6 years and it has never gotten more damaged from dry cleaning" and they said "it WILL get more damaged and that I was wrong" I asked them to clean my clothing and they took all the clothing and said it would be ready 4 days later at 4 pm. I received a text saying "thank you for choosing us let us know if you need anything" and I decided that I no longer wanted to get a cleaning from them because of the attitude they had towards me as a customer so I texted to the number that specifically said to text in to literally an hour and a half after I dropped off my clothes and I said I no longer wanted my cleaning done. To my surprise... suddenly my cleaning was done!!!! Crazy how as soon as I didn't want it done they expedited my service by 4 days just so they could charge me. They also never told me the price at check in even when I asked. Also as a side note I spoke to the owner and he claims that the service was already done by the time I requested it not to be done because he claims that the cleaning was picked up to be done off site at 6pm. Which I know is a lie because I dropped off at 5:57 and I can see that the services are performed on site because there is LITERALLY ON SITE CLEANING WITHIN VIEW OF THE COUNTER! Not only do they not care about their customers they LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO TAKE EVERY PENNY THEY CAN. read more

The people, morning staff in particular, are rude and don't seem to really give a damn whether you are there to give them business or not. Last time there I got the distinct sense that I was bothering them. Latest engagement was today with a need for same-day service. They clearly advertise that if its in before 10am it'll be done by 5. Got there at 9:50a. Was directly informed that if there is little to go out then the truck leaves at 9:30...and the message delivered as though I, THE CUSTOMER, am supposed to know that. Zero sense of empathy or suggestion or any further help. Its bad when you have a good product/service, and the people delivering it are rude and grouchy! That second star is ONLY because the product is good, but frankly no better than most other cleaners, so our business will find itself elsewhere. read more

Hilliard Dry Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning my dining room draperies. They had warned me in advance that due to possible sun damage and age, the fabric may not do well with the cleaning process. However, the draperies look like new. I definitely will use them again. read more

Please be CRYSTAL clear on pricing for alterations! I called the business, explaining I had a SET of sheers that needed to be cut & hemmed. I was told $20 range. After waiting 3 weeks for work to be completed, my husband went to pick up the SET. Upon arrival he was told the amount due was $42.87!!!!!!!!!!! After discussing with the clerk she told him the $20 was an EACH price! Really, do you know anyone who gets one panel altered? He paid their price, I am still fuming over this. Two weeks ago, my family suffered a house fire. Everyone is okay but our house and belongings are not. In hopes to salvage some nice coats we owned, we took them to Hilliard Dry Cleaners. We did not have to explain what had happened because the smell of a house fire is so distinct. A few days after dropping our coats off, I went to pick them up and was told that they were able to get the smell out and that they weren't going to charge us. They cleaned nearly 10 coats for us at no charge. They also had to send my husband's leather coat away for special cleaning and I was told they were going to pick up the tab on that also. I had never been into Hilliard Dry Cleaners before this traumatic experience. They took care of us out of the kindness of their hearts without even knowing us. read more

The best dry cleaners in Ohio hands down. They have all seasoned workers there. You will find NO teenagers cleaning your clothes and not caring. I love this place. I moved out of Ohio and miss this place at every turn. I am still trying to find a suitable replacement in Texas. read more

Very unfriendly and rude. They write they can do wedding gowns but when I turned up with a delicate fabric, they wanted me to sign a paper saying they are not responsible for damages. The lady is surly faced and does not even smile or greet, and I did not get a sense of pride or confidence in their job. This is my second time and I will not visit again. read more
