They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I brought in my boyfriends brand new white polo with weird looking stains all over it.. that's $80 bucks down the drain :( I told her I washed it have no idea what happened. At some point between when I put it in my washer and took it out, the shirt was destroyed. She asked me a bunch of questions to try to diagnose the poor polo's problems. Her diagnosis - Liquid Fabric Softener! Anyone who uses liquid fabric softener or the little pods you throw in - BE CAREFUL - she sees a lot of stains from this and they don't come out! The turn around time was really fast on the shirt, it was finished same day even though she estimated 2. The stain is almost gone... barely visible but she told me that it's not going to come out all the way. This place is super close to my work, easy to get in and out of and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

It will now need extra alterations to get fixed and to hide the issue. I have tried reaching out to them via their corporate website, facebook and through the Swan site I went to (Upper Arlington) and they have not responded or offered a refund or remedy. I would not recommend th. The least you could do is even offer a half refund to go towards the alterations. Instead I've received no response.

I would definitely come back for dry cleaning services. As others have mentioned, they are pricey for clothes alterations. I took my business elsewhere for tailoring due to the higher price (was quoted $33 for a simple hem of a dress whereas other places offer the same service for $15-20). I even had a 20% off coupon from them after getting my coat cleaned, but it was still more expensive than other places without coupons.

The ladies working at the front counter were so kind and understanding! Besides that, nothing was cleaned properly or handled professionally unfortunately. (See photos -- they show my dress AFTER they apparently cleaned it). I contacted Margaret immediately with my concern and she never returned my call. Instead, she had her husband call me back which he informed me he "soaked" my dress, but the pictures appear to show otherwise. The pink spots were definitely never attempted to be cleaned -- which I specifically informed them of and is noted on my receipt. Even after requesting for a refund of the 50% I paid up front, they never offered to refund us. Instead Margaret informed the employee via phone to just have me take my dress and leave. If they couldn't clean it, they should've informed me immediately that it was out of their scope of professionalism. HERE'S THE KICKER -- they charged us MORE money because of my dress's designer!!
