Not possible to give 0 stars, so, all I can say is don't take anything there you care about. The only thing they know how to do there is charge for services poorly rendered. Shirts come back more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. Mgr won't reimburse. UGGs come back untouched, but I was charged $59 to have them cleaned. Customer service is terrible. read more

Well I will say that I am going to miss this dry cleaning service. They have always been prompt,, friendly and clean. I love that they don't use harsh chemicals. They have always done a great job but there was one uniform shirt that looked like it wasn't properly cleaned or burnt a bit. But, we was able to make it better. Below is a timeline of the events: August 20th: Items brought in (wedding dress in garment bag, suit pants, suit jacket and suit vest) August 22nd: Picked up the 4 items August 26th: Called about the dress bag zipper issue. The zipper had been ripped off the track and could no longer function as a zipper. August 29th: Called after trying to wear the vest on August 27th. Dropped off the vest and dress bag. Was assured that the seamstress could fix the items easily and free of charge. I was also called by the manager, Ryan, per my request. Lastly was told the items would be ready September 2nd.  September 3rd: Called to check on the items. Was told that the items were not ready but would be ready by September 6th.  September 6th: Get called by the store to say the dress bag was ready, but not the vest due to having to order the clasp portion online.  September 9th: Picked up vest with new clasp. As you can see things were eventually "fixed". Although let's note that things like this should not even occur in the first place. If damages do occur they should be told to the client. In my case they definitely were not forth coming about the damages. They just handed me the items and sent me on my way like everything was fine. However, the clasp that we waited to be ordered online is definitely not the same as the original. This new clasp does not hold the vest in place as it should. Instead it just slides around and does not function like the original. The original clasp has 2 bars that create tension to hold the vest in place. The new clasp is a regular pull thru and has nothing to create tension and hold the vest in place. Overall as someone that read all the reviews they could find, I am highly disappointed. This was my first experience with them and will definitely be my last. Our damaged items were from our wedding that had only been worn one time and now we have a vest that does not function properly. So now we are stuck with a vest that does not work or purchasing a new vest for $125 plus tax. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! First and last time we tried them was December 2014. They damage clothes. They have horrible customer service. Their prices are ridiculously expensive. At the beginning of December, we made a trip there and dropped off a winter parka, a suit blazer, and 3 pairs of dress pants for cleaning (5 items). When we picked up the items a week later and got them home, 3 of the 5 items came back with major problems. The parka came back with a snap torn off and the feather down stuffing pulling out of the hole left in the coath. The blazer came back with a button torn off the flap pocket on the front. One pair of black pants came back with large spots all over. It is over 15 miles back to the cleaners. We made a return trip there to show them the 3 damaged items. They agreed to repair the missing snap they tore off the parka. They found the special button that was torn off the blazer and agreed to repair it. And, they took the black pants back to re-clean. A week later we returned and the blazer was done, but the parka wasn't. Another week went by and when we stopped by, the parka wasn't on site. Another week went by and when we stopped by, the parka wasn't on site. After 4 weeks of not having the parka (in December & January!), we told them we were coming to get it no matter what, with or without the snap. They told us it was no longer on-site and if we wanted it WE would have to drive to JOHNSTON, OHIO to pick up my parka. So, we did because it is my only winter parka and it is freezing here. After driving 25 miles from home to Johnston to get the parka, it did have a replacement snap. A bright, shiny, brass snap. That doesn't match any of the other burnished bronze snaps on the parka. We took the parka anyway. Here's the kicker: The manager was never available to talk to us. When we would get him on the phone, he was unprofessional and unapologetic. They never offered to refund our money. Spent over $70 on cleaning. And, they refused to deliver the parka even though they advertise free delivery. Long story short, we ended up making 4 extra trips to their store and then to someone's home in Johnston to get our clothing. Over 100+ miles of travel, a month without a coat, and 3 damaged items of clothing. AVOID THIS PLACE. We have better service, better cleaning, and better experiences at the $1.99 cleaner that is 2 miles down the road. read more

I have been to this Martinizing before, I work at the building across the street, so it is very convenient, but this place is expensive, and I every time I leave wondering does the price justify the quality and convenience? I typically take bigger, regular bunches of laundry to the $1.99 cleaners up the road, but for some items that need to be rushed or are nicer clothes I have used Martinizing for the last year. I had a completely unacceptable experience. I went to get one dress shirt PRESS ONLY. It cost me $5, there was no rush, so this was normal service. I stopped and asked the girl, "did you get the right item I had this press only" she replied, "yeah the press only is actually more expensive than getting the whole shirt cleaned, you should have asked first" 1) How is that even possible....... Pressing it with an iron machine instead of laundering the shirt using water, detergent, and other ingredients THEN pressing it with said iron machine.... 2) That customer service was less than exemplary I guess this serves as a lesson to not be so lazy to get a shit pressed only read more

We've been using this dry cleaner for 2 yrs now. Here are my thoughts (best to worst experiences): 1.The employees here have always been nice. 2. Dress shirts come out clean. Sometimes slightly wrinkled even though we get them lightly starched. 3. The amount of buttons my husband's dress shirts have lost or been broken is unreal. I honestly have lost count. Half the time they are repaired very poorly. Once I was even made to feel that it was my husband's fault for the buttons breaking vs the dry cleaning company taking responsibility when I questioned Ryan (owner) why so many buttons were cracked into pieces or completely missing. 4. They have completely lost 1 business branded dress shirt. Now they did give me credit toward my dry cleaning, but that doesn't replace the shirt. 5. My biggest complaint is the owner, Ryan. Poor customer service when there is an issue. No issue and he is a nice as can be. I received a vm from Ryan on Tuesday at 2:45pm explaining that a dress shirt would not be ready for pick up on that Tuesday after 4pm when the rest of my dry cleaning was ready due to...you guessed it...a messed up button. It was sent out for repair. I greatly appreciate the phone call giving me a heads up. However, his vm said it "would not be ready until tomorrow (Wednesday) or perhaps Friday." I went in Friday at 11:00am to pick it while out running errands. The poor girl couldn't find it so Ryan came up front to help. He said oh you have the shirt with the button that needed fixed. I left you a vm. I told him I got it and thank you. He snappishly replied "on the vm I left that it wouldn't be ready until after 4pm on Friday." Then quickly walked away to check a rack for the shirt. As he walked away I stated "the vm did not say that." He had no reply. I went on to explain that when I picked up the rest of the shirts on Tuesday afternoon the girl helping me had said the shirt should be ready the next day or Thursday. To play it safe I gave it until Friday. I did not appreciate his remark about the vm, so with me now second guessing myself about what the vm actually stated I stepped out of the building and checked it and sure enough I was right. I do not like confrontation one bit, I like my happy bubble, but I also don't like when someone in customer service, especially the owner of a business makes me feel like I'm completely wrong. I then proceeded back into the business, waited patiently for him to finish with another customer and explained to him that just so I didn't think I was crazy I double checked the vm. I told him word for word what the vm said about when to pick up the shirt. I explained to him that he never said to pick it up Friday after 4pm on the vm that instead he had said "the next day or perhaps Friday." He stumbled on his words then and said "oh...well I thought I had said Friday after 4. I guess we are both crazy then!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Who says that to a customer! Oh my heart was pounding, I just couldn't believe it. At no point was irate, I never raised my voice or put in a cheap jab. I was very nice how I approached him, but to say that is so inappropriate! I couldn't believe it! I took a deep breath and nicely replied, "well no, I'm not crazy I was right about the vm." He wished me a good day and I left for good without hesitation! I have been far too patient with this business, but that is it! I will not have an owner of a business in customer service speak to me that way. Seriously no one in customer service should downgrade their customers, make them ever feel as though something is their fault or put in a jab like that. That is all so unprofessional and juvenile.
