There was a spot to tell what you liked about each dress you selected. It seemed helpful, even if it took me a while to scroll through and make my selections. I arrived for my appointment and was asked what I was looking for and if I could show her a picture. I kind of expected a couple of dresses might have been pulled for me before my arrival, given my online selections and notes. She had me look through the store to see if there was anything I liked. I ended up not even trying anything on! I know I am super selective and had a unique color in mind, but what a waste of time! On a whim, I drove down the street to Wendy's Bridal, and I might have just found the dress!

Custom fitted men's formal wear is the main order of the day at this retailer. And they do an excellent job fitting. Items are available for purchase as well as rental. Recently a group of my colleagues and I needed specialized formal wear with tails, known as morning coats, for purchase. while online options are of course available, it is easier to get a quality custom fit in person. And this is the place that was recommended to us. I couldn't have been happier. Within the past couple of years, I also purchased a formal white dinner jacket from Romanoffs, and I have been very pleased with that selection too. Fittings are normally by appointment, and there is of course some turnaround time to prepare alterations, once fitted. It is important to think about and build this into your event schedule if you are purchasing or renting something for an event. If you do need a fitting, or would like to visit, just give them a call. This is a very helpful, friendly place. I have always been pleased with my experiences here.

Off the bat was surprised the pants were not lined in any fashion. The most disappointing thing was my jacket button fell off the first night I wore it. I brought in my boyfriends brand new white polo with weird looking stains all over it.. that's $80 bucks down the drain :( I told her I washed it have no idea what happened. At some point between when I put it in my washer and took it out, the shirt was destroyed. She asked me a bunch of questions to try to diagnose the poor polo's problems. Her diagnosis - Liquid Fabric Softener! Anyone who uses liquid fabric softener or the little pods you throw in - BE CAREFUL - she sees a lot of stains from this and they don't come out! The turn around time was really fast on the shirt, it was finished same day even though she estimated 2. The stain is almost gone... barely visible but she told me that it's not going to come out all the way. This place is super close to my work, easy to get in and out of and friendly. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I was confident that the changes that were made wouldn't ever be able to be fixed. Nancy stepped in and saved the day. Today, I went to pick up a couple of ties that I had dropped off to be cleaned (I am notoriously awful with spilling stuff on ties, so those tend to be the things I get dry cleaned the most). First of all, this is the first time I have consciously noted the cost for one tie to be cleaned-- $7.19! This is at least two times as much as the local dry cleaner I used when I lived with my parents. That was the first straw today. Next, the one of the ties that I was picking still had a stain on it. I pointed this out to the employee, in the frail hope that she might offer to look at the stain again or give me a discount. Nope. She simply reminded me that they give a warning that they might not be able to get all the stains out of ties. No apology, no offer of a discount, no empathy whatsoever that one of my favorite ties was (according to them) permanently stained. That's not just bad dry cleaning service, that's terrible customer service. This is not the first time that I have had an issue, either. In the past, they have completely missed huge stains, ruined the inner stitching on several ties, and been completely rude to me with any issues that I have had. All of these issues were (grudgingly, on their part) addressed, but this time, they chose to just send me on my way with a still-stained tie. To me, this makes no sense. I paid them to do a job. Whether by their own laziness or lack of skill or toughness of the stain, they could not do the job. If it were me, and I was paid to do a job that I could not complete, I would at the very least be apologetic and probably offer a discount. This was not the case with Swan Cleaners. Rest assured, I will never be returning to this business. And I will be sure to spread the word about how awful they are.

And the guy who checked me in, changed the price on the ticket by hand. The press job on my shirts were terrible. I asked for medium starch, there was none. My pleated pants for my suit looked just horrible. The pleats were pressed and folded in the wrong way. The cuffs weren't done right either. I asked for a manager, and the girl working the counter told me "the woman" that you need to talk to isn't here. I asked for her name, and she said she isn't here. I guess her name is "she isn't here". Odd name. I asked for her to call me. I tried them out because they're on my way to work, but I won't be back.

It was $5 to repair a fallen out hem and $10 to put in a new hem, which from a little calling around was a pretty reasonable price. For the ones I was re-hemming completely, I didn't know how much they needed to be taken up, or have the heels I was going to wear with them. But they had shoes there and I chose a pair of the same height and tried them on with my pants, and they measured accordingly. She said how about a week from now for pickup and that was fine with me since I wasn't in a rush. They did a fine job and I have no complaints.
