I first discovered H&M while living in Dayton - not because Dayton has any but because I kept seeing ads for the ones opening here in Columbus. I would peruse their website and dream of the day I would be able to shop at one. Well, I'm here to say, I love H&M. Affordable clothes in cute stylings. Can't be beat. That being said, I'm unimpressed by this particular location. It's incredibly small compared to the others in the area. It's smallness means it feels even more cramped than H&M normally does. The racks looked terribly picked over and organized and I went in on a slow day, no excuse. The staff wasn't exactly friendly either. In fact, I might call one or two of the girls giving me dirty looks down right rude. I promise I was just browsing quietly and minding my own business. What was with the attitude? read more

I really like their style, but the fit is usually not great for me here. I've gotten great life out of their product though, especially for the price. I'm really glad that they have mens clothing here now too. read more

We went to H&M to put together a birthday outfit for my sister-in-law. The clothes are cute- just her style. The store is clean with a nice easy layout. However- the checkout girl was super rude, unhelpful and overall disinterested. read more

I just came back from a shopping experience today this evening and I am furious and livid with the lack of customer service and how unprofessional the staff were. We still had one hour to shop and they were badgering us to hurry up and even gave us dirty looks. Even when I tried on clothes in the dressing room I heard multiple staff talking bad about customers and complaining about having to clean up after customers. By no means I think u should ever complain around customers or make the customers feel uncomfortable to the point of wanting to get out of there. When I asked one particular African American worker there to check if there are more light blue love sweatshirt in the back she didn't even attempt to look and she looked annoyed and just plain out said nothing was wrong with it even when I saw falling glue marks, missing sparkles, and the fabric was worn out. She rolled her eyes at me and she just completely ignored the customer's concern. Her name tag was turned around and she wouldn't even state who she was. I was at Polaris H&M yesterday and the experience was so much better. Polaris staff were very friendly, professional, organized, and they were willing to always check on different sizes and in stock clothes for me. The staff at Tuttle never even asked if I needed help or anything. Instead, the staff just stated if u don't like our clothes just don't buy it. I never want to shop at this location again and I feel the workers need some training on how to do their job because I never want to go back here again. They lost a long time customer due to the lack of professionalism from the staff and me and my sister just felt so disrespected. I think Tuttle stores have gone down a lot and that is why I see so many clothing stores changing and lack of customers than before. read more

I'm kind of a plain T-shirt and jeans kind of guy. These T-shirts rock! Tons of colors, they're cut slim/fitted for my thin ass, and they're like $6! Can't get much better then that. I sitll have to check out the other stuff they have, but it looks good.. read more

You know, I know this may be pretty crazy to say, but I'm not a huge fan of this location. The NYC location (right next to the Empire State Building) is still my favorite. I can never find anything to-die-for here nor do I seem to catch the store during one of the great sales that I always find in NYC. H&M is great, just not this one. read more

When I first started shopping at H&M, I was living in Chicago. Then I moved to Columbus & was overjoyed when one opened at Tuttle. For years, I made the much longer trip to Tuttle just for H&M. However, it's gone downhill. They recently added a men's section thereby eliminating close to 1/4 of their women's clothing. AND they got rid of the lingere section. Maybe I'm older, maybe H&M has changed, but I don't think I'll be going to this H&M anymore. read more
