The selection is SO GOOD- they have nothing but high quality things, and the selling process is really seamless too. I come here all the time and I think it's a great concept. Workers are really sweet as well. (Personally I think one way they could improve the selling experience is with more transparency in their process about what they're offering per item, but you don't get an itemized receipt- just a blanket offer and they show you the bin of accepted pieces)

Service was disappointing. I understand not accepting the item until it has been washed, but the…read moreemployee would not provide even a rough estimate of its potential resale value. I wasn't asking for a firm offer--just a general estimate so I could decide whether it was worth the time and effort to clean the item and bring it back. Refusing to discuss it at all made for a frustrating customer experience.

I am a 9-year shopper and 8-year consigner at Divine Consign, I have SO MANY GREAT THINGS to say…read moreabout it and I ALWAYS recommend it to others! I actually came on here to write this review after seeing that their overall rating isn't as great as I think it should be! PROS: --You can find almost ANYTHING here, relating to kids/babies!! SO OFTEN I find things that I had been eyeing at Target or elsewhere, and now I get to snag them for a fraction of the price! --I ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS score great steals of deals when I shop here. If I shop Saturday night as a consigner, I find items priced TO SELL QUICK and I see to it that they are SOLD QUICK--to me!! :) If I wait and shop on discount days, I find things that were hoping to sell at a higher price were passed over by the masses, so now they're HALF OFF or more, so take 50 or 75 percent OFF of 75 percent off retail. It's SO FUN, like a treasure hunt, to find things! ALWAYS worth my drive over. --Organization of items gets better and better. With the incentive to volunteer working at the sale, there are tons of volunteers to organize board games in ABC order, group books by type and series and topic, and keep all the toys grouped together for easy shopping. Keeps getting better! --Quality for the most part is top-notch. Compared to the other consignment sales in the area, there are FAR fewer disappointments when I take clothes to the inspection table and check for hidden stains. --Selection, especially on Saturday/Sunday, is excellent, especially in puzzles/games, clothes, and books. The earlier the better for good shoes. CONS: --As a shopper, the fee to use credit card --As a consigner, the tighter and tighter restrictions on what can be sold, etc. I guess it's how they're perfecting the sale as the years go by (and I KNOW they have their reasons, it's not just arbitrary), and apparently with the number of consigners it's working out for them to tighten things up, but I'm disappointed each year with the new, more restrictive rules, like limiting # of books, limiting # of accessories, completely stopping to accept certain things that have been there for years). --As a consigner, I wish the cost to consign didn't keep going up. Besides the 30% fee already going to the DC owners, it used to be like $5-10 flat fee PER 100 items, but now that's PER 50 items. -- For those considering consigning: It is A LOT OF WORK to Consign here! I love doing it and I love getting that check rather than just donating all my daughter's stuff, but I'm certainly not making minimum wage doing it, considering the HOURS of prepping, entering in the computer, cutting tags, pinning and taping items, boxing them up, then physically loading and unloading them to put them on the sales floor. It's a piece of work I tell ya! It worked well for me when I was a stay-at-home mom of a baby/toddler/preschooler. But it's not for the faint of heart, and not for the full time working mommas, I wouldn't think!

Around the holidays they run promos of 40-50% off the entire store. Boy clothes aren't as abundant as girls clothes but they do have a decent selection here. I do wish they had more of a selection of heavy jackets though. Every time i go in i check for them and only ever find light pullovers or zip ups. This location is poorly staffed during the day. They only ever have one or two people working. I have walked through the entire store multiple times looking for someone to help me find something or go to the register to check out and had no luck finding someone. It's a pain when you're in a hurry or have a fussy little one. In the evenings they are better staffed or at least have employees who are mindful of their customers. Overall a nice store to get a baby gift or buy something for your little one

It was great! This past visit I asked the woman at the counter about finding a certain type of shoe. On top of that, they actually HAD exactly what I was looking for and exactly the right size, almost brand new for less than half of what I've been seeing Online, etc. I always give Kid to Kid a try before buying things new! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE…read more Sellers, beware. You can have a lot of items, in good condition, clean, barely used. They will give you jack shit money wise. I had two full totes of good condition, clothing, blankets, and a few play toys, and they gave me nine dollars total. They offer you the option to wait in store for them to price your items and you are allowed to decline the sale if you'd like, but the typical wait time is estimated to be 45 minutes to an hour of just walking around the store waiting for them to look through your stuff. The other option is to leave your items and they will text you when they're finished, but you don't have the option to decline the sale after that, you can take what they won't buy home or they will "helpfully" donate them for you. In reality it actually took them 4 hours to send me a price, which I now can't decline, and my two full totes of items became $9 cash, BUT DONT WORRY you have the option to instead do store credit, a whopping 20% on top of the cash price and put your money back into the hands of the crooks who robbed you in the first place. They basically scare you out of waiting for them to price out, so that way you have no option but to leave and can't back out. Sell your items elsewhere or you're basically just giving them away, hell for the price they give you might as well actually just donate your used items.
