It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. They were laughing and giggling real loud while my family and I were there. It was hard to focus on looking for clothes. When I got up to the register to pay for my clothes an older lady said to another coworker "wall humper" which was extremely uncomfortable. Comments were being made about each other's body (talking about their butts) while customers were inside. To make matters worse one of the employees got on their phones on face time while there were people checking out and they were sitting on each other. My family member asked for a changing room and one of the employees said "fine" horrible customer service if I could give my experience negative stars I would happily do so. Antonio walked me through the entire process of selecting everything I needed. Antonio listened to what I wanted, and he made suggestions that made things look great. I was shown everything and we found exactly what I needed. I was fitted and Antonio worked diligently to have it ready. I was treated so well. I had never had so many compliments on my look. The best part is that I am one of Antonio's customers now. When I lose the weight, I'm back to have my suit altered.
