She pinned my pants and then I turned around a few times to look in the mirror and said that I wanted to check and see if I wanted to go shorter. She got mad and told me to get out. She yelled at me and said she would not do the job for me because I was being difficult and would be unhappy. I tried to explain that I just wanted to decide if I liked the length and she refused to listen and shooed me away with her hands while continuing to raise her voice and tell me to go. There are a number of 'older' washers and dryers that are still quarters only, but the staff seem to use most of them for the by-the-pound service. My only complaint is that isn't enough seating. This place can get busy, and it would be helpful to have additional seeing or folding tables available. Also, the bathrooms are slightly disgusting. But you can always do some shopping at Marc's or Fresh Marker.
