They have large capacity washing machines, which is great for bedding, pillows, small rugs, etc. They also have machines that accept credit/debit cards so that's convenient. Their dryers work very well and it's like $1 for 20 mins of dry time. read more

First trip to this business (my former go-to place had a small dryer fire and probably won't be re-opening :( ).... Nice and brightly-lit, and "Cathy"(?) the attendant was very helpful! It wasn't busy when I went (at 8:00 AM) today; price for 30-lb. washer only $6.00! Plenty of wheeled hampers available for transferring from washer to dryer. The majority of the machines in here are old. I almost walked back out upon entering. I'm picky about laundromats. I'm weird like that. I really needed my clothes washed and dried so I stayed. They even have a few antique washing machines that they don't use anymore. I guess they just haven't found the time to remove them. They look tacky so they should. I really hope they upgrade with the machines and decor in the near future. Until then they can turn it into a museum and make some extra money, ha *joke* As you may already know they are coin operated only, so no cards. They have a machine to change your bills into quarters. They offer a laundry drop off service as well as dry cleaning. Other amenities: Pop/snack machines, Wi-Fi, soap center, TV, cafe area with tables/chairs for eating etc. They have a security camera...not sure why. Also don't go out the back door to smoke or look around. Once you go through the back door you will be locked out! Take my advice. There is a small sticker on the glass door that reads "security door" or something. I just don't get the point of that door if you can't get back in! Who wants to walk all the way around or pray someone sees you and let's you in?! I mean at least have a door bell! Anyway, I'll come back because they are not too far from home, there are lots of stores and restaurants around and they are open late, oh and the prices are reasonable. read more

Sunlight recently installed new dryers.... The larger washers (and new dryers) all accept credit/debt cards! No more quarters or pre-paid laundry cards! There are a number of 'older' washers and dryers that are still quarters only, but the staff seem to use most of them for the by-the-pound service. My only complaint is that isn't enough seating. This place can get busy, and it would be helpful to have additional seeing or folding tables available. Also, the bathrooms are slightly disgusting. But you can always do some shopping at Marc's or Fresh Marker. read more

I came here because my washing machine at home broke and had to do a few loads of laundry. There's a lot of machines around the store and there's also a vending machine for detergent and other cleaning products. There is a good vending machine as well as tables and chairs and a few tv's. The machines are decently updated and clean, and the workers were friendly. $6.75 for 5 loads of laundry and $2 to dry the clothes. read more

I love the Grove City laundromat because it is clean and nice every time I come in and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their drop off laundry service is affordable with excellent results. They also have dry cleaning services. They have regular cleaning, maintenance and repair services for their facility and machinery. The front loading washers and dryers even take debit n credit cards if you dont want to use quarters, but you can get quarters through their bill changer machines. read more

Sunlight Cleaners (and Laundromat) was a more than satisfactory experience. For two reasons. The first is their wash-by-the-LBS service. I needed some essentials done and when I phoned to ask about turnaround time, they suggested bring clothes in using a basket (no plastic bag) first thing. in the a.m. and I'd have them by 7 p.m. same day. I liked it and they did wonderful work; clothes folded, shirts on hangers. Very nice. The second, coin-operated machines of all kinds. $2.00 a load and the machines are very clean. Smallish load buckets for that price but I'm not a "stuffer" - I'm a sorter. Dryers worked fine @ $0.25 per 5 minutes. On a final note, there are plenty of high-top tables to sit with coffee to read the paper or do some online work with smart phone. I really think Sunlight Cleaners is a nice oasis in the land of coin-op laundries. read more

The place is clean & convenient, but man it's expensive to do laundry here. I used the triple washers which run $3.50/load plus it's $.25/five minutes to use the dryers. I must have spent $30 doing 9 loads of laundry here, which to me seems more than I've spent at other laundromats. Doubtful I'll be back. read more

In a a few words: the worst customer service possible, and the machines are old (a few new) and unreliable. 1. I asked to have a dress dry cleaned today, and the laundry maid refused to accept my dress because the tag says: "machine wash." The dress was half white and half red, and I didn't want the white to be stained. She wasn't even sorry to refuse it. 2. There were crayon pieces in the dryer that my brother didn't see, and unfortunately our whites were in there. The laundry maid was not sorry in the slightest, and when I asked if I could speak to a manager she said "all we can tell you is what's on the signs over there." She didn't explain nicely that it's not her job to make sure the machines were clean and we were responsible for anything that happens, she just pointed at signs (!?!?!). 3. The coin machines give out Canadian, French, and dollar coins and the laundry maids are "not responsible," so if you HAVE to go here, bring your own quarters or use your credit card. It's like these people don't want your business and are happy to dismiss you. read more

Yesterday I dropped off my very large comforter and mattress pad to be dry cleaned and I don't understand why I haven't been doing this every 2 weeks before now! To wash my own bedding, I need a front loader and do not have one so I called around for a dry cleaner to drop it off to. Not only was the lady at the desk fantastically nice and hilarious to talk to, she got my bedding cleaned and ready for pick up in under 4hrs!!! I have never been so pleased with a dry cleaner as I was here! My mattress pad is so fluffy and insanely comfortable, I didn't want to get up this morning! I was nervous to go here after some of the reviews. As far as laundry mats go, I was impressed! They are a large establishment with ample washers and dryers. Most washers are new front loaders and quite a few that can hold 5-9 baskets in one wash. The comments about old washers is absurd unless you choose to use the older looking ones that no one is using. Dryers are new and great. Place is very clean thanks to staff that is there tending to everyone and very helpful. I was there last night and today and had the opportunity to meet two different ladies who both were friendly and trying to make us have a smooth experience. read more

Clean facility. Reasonable prices and it takes 30 mins for all of the washers. The washers range from $2.00 to $8.50 for large bedding or lots of family clothes. I'm happy they open early and stay open until 11pm for coin laundry. That's perfect for folks, no matter of their schedule! The staff is friendly and you can tell she cares about her customers. Rip off. The temperature in the dryers is set very low. First I thought it was a broken dryer so I moved my clothes. But they are all that way. Combined with only 5 minutes per quarter compared to the typical 8 mins. at other laundries, this place cost 3 times what is usually costs me to dry my clothes at the laundromat in Hilliard. Oh, and the free wifi? I asked for the login and the attendant looked at me like I was robbing the place and said, "I don't know." So why does your sign say free wifi? read more

Very rude staff, take your business elsewhere. I went in one afternoon to do about two loads of laundry. I went the the change machine and it was having complications accepting my dollar because it had a couple of creases. I was yelled at by of the the employees To turn the dollar right side up although it was up in that direction. I told her it was right side up and she yelled "no it wasn't" she took the dollar from me to try it herself and the machine still wouldn't accept it, so she folded the crease out of the dollar and it finally accepted it. If this company thinks this is an acceptable way to treat their customers, I will take my business somewhere else. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. read more

Sent a silk dress to get its straps shorten two inches, not an outlandish task, and when it came back THERE WAS A HOLE. You could visible see where it had been shortened, the top looked ratty. I'm very angry. And they shorten the straps from the front not the back, which makes no sense. If your seamstress was too inept to properly sew silk, then you shouldn't have said you could take the dress, or at the very very least sew it from the back so when you ruin it, it's not right in the front. I would've taken it elsewhere and avoided ruining a nice dress. read more

The machines have been updated but it's poorly maintained as a rule. Certain members of the staff cannot be bothered to cease their personal conversations long enough to assist. The manager during the week is AWESOME but she is in the minority. Weekend help are so apathetic they allow the kids to terrorize the other patrons running with the laundry baskets. Parking in the firelane is tolerated and people leave their stuff in washers and dryers and leave the premises rendering them unusable if you don't wish to handle their personal belongings to secure a machine long since finished. Grade? F for failure to be fair and run it like a business. read more
