My family and I live only 5 minutes from your location . We bought the house but the dryer stopped working couple months before we moved . So we decide to go to you location every week to use you dryers before you moved from one location to your new one that is right behind the old one. Well.. three weeks ago. My husband and my old kid were there and some woman asked them if they are gonna use only the dryer . They said yes . So your employee asked them for $3 dollars like Fee. He asked : why ? Since when .. but she didn't told us why.. they were hurry so he didn't pay attention to her and left . The week of holiday, it was me who went there so dry out clothes . She asked me the same , and I answered her the same : I'm gonna use only your dryer . She asked me for $4 dollars ( fee ) . I asked her why ? She said : it's the new rule of the business . I said ; you should right down in a paper so everyone can see it and take the decision to go there or not. So , I paid but I asked a paper so I have a proof that your employee is charging me for something even your never told your customers about it . Anyways , $3 doesn't make rich or poor . The point is this employee was so rude when I asked her for coins to dry my clothes . I didn't pay attention because she's older and I was in a hurry ( it was Christmas Eve ) But today , my husband was who went there to dry pie clothes .. it happens the same . Again , we don't care about the $3 fee . But it's still no paper where indicated the Fee . But the same employee was so rude again with him . He asked him to get coins . She literally, throw them to him on the counter . Then your machine took one of the coins and didn't give him the minutes of dry , so he told her that , and she said : I don't think so, those are working good but I'm gonna te give you one more coming but I'm gonna put it on the machine for you. So she did , and the machine took it again and didn't show the minutes . My husband is a person who never gonna day something to an old person . But I think , you should tell everyone about your fee and tell your employee to be more respectful and less mean . We are customers . She is not giving us anything free . These 3 last times were the worse experiences there . So is so rude and disrespectful.

Staff was very nice and helpful :) I did my laundry here while I waited for my washer and dryer to arrive at home. Thank you!

Good place to do laundry when you can't do it at home. Glad this business is here. Nice people working here.

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

Could be a five star business if they actually got their machines repaired. It's calm, clean, and…read moreoverall pleasant. However, there's been several machines out of order for months it seems. I counted last time I was there (Nov 2025), and 20% of their machines were down. That's 1 in 5 and that is not an exaggeration. So if you go and it looks to only have a few people inside, there's a good chance that every washer will be occupied upon arrival. And the only thing worse than spending my day at a laundromat doing clothes, is spending the same time just standing around waiting to do clothes.

All I got back was 1 bathing suit, 2 dresses, 2 shorts, and 1 tank! My son got back 2 shirts, 2 swim shorts, 1 bathing suit, 3 shorts, 1 pair of pj's, my husband got back his work clothes! I dropped off 2 WEEKS WORTH OF CLOTHES! And the best they can tell me is they'll look at the cameras. Ok, cool, but the clothes obviously aren't at their facility so what will they do to replace them? The manager said "I don't know". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I'm missing bathing suits for everyone in my family, shorts for everyone in my family, my tops, my boys shirts, jeans, EVERYTHING BRAND NEW!!! Update: Just got a call from the manager, this time I talked to a female manager but the manager I talked to from before was male... she called to say she found a bag of clothes and started going through it. After the first couple of items she listed I knew it wasnt mine at all. When I told her none of its mine, her attitude changed from nice to snotty as if I ruined her "hero" moment. She said they'll look over the cameras and I asked does it really have to take 24 hours? She replied snotty again saying I dont know. Then I said "I just dont see why it has to take 24 hrs when he started looking at the cameras when I was at the facility" she said he has to look at it frame by frame for an 8 hr shift. Then rudely said "well bye". So not only is there a confusion on how many managers there are but it sounds like they also lost someone else's clothes too. They're the ones who lost my family's clothes and acting like I'm being a pain. UPDATE: Over 24 hrs later, they called me. This time it was the male again. Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.
