So since I kept losing coins to faulty dryers I just come to this place! Stick it to the man I say! Lol kidding, this laundry mat has so many great cafes and bakeries near it, I just find it as an excuse to go shopping when my clothes are drying or go for a long walk with some coffee up-and-down High street. This place is great For people who want their clothes super dry! Large loads as well! I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

Prices are reasonable too I do medium starch on our shirts and they have been perfect both times. I also have had a few spots on a couple of garments all of which were removed. Good available parking too! Overall a good experience and I would recommend due to service and location.

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

Posted price in the shop is $4.99 for a scarf, higher price for pants, skirt, dress etc. I asked the man working why it was $6.99. The man behind the counter started screaming. He told me my scarf is NOT a scarf. Lady who charged me $6.99 for the scarf gave me a receipt for a scarf. Receipt on the bag says it's a scarf.

Of all my reviews this one is the worst. Do NOT go here for shoe repair!! I dropped my shoes off…read morethe beginning of April for new soles. Had to pay 34.00 in advance. I called on April 10 hoping they'd be done. They weren't and that was ok. I went to Arizona and got back April 25. They still weren't done. I called back on May 1st and they said the shoes were done so I went to pick them up. They were wrapped in plastic so I just waited until I got home to look at them. The shoes had never been touched. The soles on the shoes were the exact same soles as to when I dropped them off. I called and spoke to the mngr Dave who made excuses for their shoe repair people. The next day I took them in. The girl on the counter named Sheree was very apologetic and called the mngr Dave to come out. He was 20 feet away hanging some hangars. He wouldn't come out. He told her to bring the shoes to him. He said they couldn't be repaired and that there should have been a note with the shoes. There was no note. So I called out to him and asked "Why did I wait a month and where's the note?" He still would not come talk to me. He told Sheree to give me back my money. She said she did not know how to put credit back on a card. He would not come out so she had to call someone else higher up who said they would do it right away. It's posted in my pending on my credit card so we'll see. When Sheree had the regional mngr on the phone(Tammy) I asked to speak to her. I told her how unprofessional Dave was and he should not be the mngr. She did act upset with him. WHEN he saw me on the phone he came out and apologized. Too little too late. I ignored him and walked out. After leaving I then called the owner of that Swan Cleaners Mr Gelpi, who's in the corporate office on Bethel Rd and left a message asking him to please call me before I posted this review. It's now 24 hrs and no call. The girl named Sheree was professional. She did not hide in a corner like the manager of the store did. She should be the mngr.
