It had beautiful plants and the employees were all friendly and very informative. The selection was perfectly curated and laid out beautifully throughout the store. I felt like I had room to shop as nothing was crammed together. It had a nice boutique feel to it. The quality of the clothing seems to be top notch and very fashionable. I wanted everything that I came across in the store. I haven't gotten this excited over a shopping experience in years! I would compare it to my previous favorite shopping experience at Free People, but better. I was also pleased to find out that they have a website so that I can shop from the comfort of my home. They make it super easy to easy to find your size and selection. Most of the associates are friendly and helpful. A couple of them are a little pretentious for me. The products are well made and stylish. I always get great compliments with the items I've purchased. Some items are a little pricey but the overall value is good. My biggest complaint lately is their sizing can be inconsistent. Lately I buy a Large Slim fit shirt. However, I just had to return a shirt to get an XL Slim. It didn't use to be this way. This new location at the Greene has been a great move to Lane Bryant. The store is larger and…read morebetter laid out than the previous location and it has all the same wonderful employees. Dressing rooms are many and large and there is always someone offering to help. After I get a few items in my hands, someone always offers to come over and start a fitting room for me. Employees check on you and ask if they can get you anything and don't hesitate to get you a different size if you need it. Don't pass up the free bra fitting. It may be a bit awkward, but its over the clothes and always help you find the right size for you. My best friend looked at 10 stores for the perfect strapless bra for her wedding and had no luck until I suggested Lane Bryant for a bra fitting. Within 10 minutes she got a fitting, an employee found the perfect bra and she was happy. Also, if you like something but its not in your size or color (I tried on the green shirt, but really like the pink one), they will order it for you and send it to your door for free!! Also, free shipping to the store when you order online and a $25 coupon when you pick up!! Oh, and location, location, location!! I go shopping, and hubby goes to Pies and Pints right next door. He gets a beer or two and I meet him there when I'm done so we can finish our shopping. The parking is the only real weak point, but its no worse than when this store was located at the Mall at Fairfield Commons!
