I went back into the store with the shoes, in the original box and with my still valid receipt given it was less than 30 days since the purchase. They told me that since I wore the shoes they would not take them back despite them very clearly being defective and it being less than 30 days since the purchase. The store manager basically told me "sorry about your luck". I even asked if by chance I could just have a store credit so that my money was tied up in the store. She barely even acknowledged me and walked away before I was even done talking. It is unbelievable to me that despite Nordstrom Rack being a sister store of Nordstrom (who has 5 star customer service) their customer service is absurd. Even sadder that they employee managers that do not even show common consideration for customers. You just lost a loyal one.
