Note, they only consign clothing that is in season, so keep your winter stuff for August (and summer stuff for February). After 30 days, if they haven't sold, they go down 20%, after 60 days, down 50%. Items are sold for 90 days. You can pick up your unsold items then. Sofyano is hands down the best suit-maker and retailer in the business. Compared to any suit…read moremanufacturer, Sofyano's prices more than fair. Most importantly, the product you receive is put together with expertise and respect for the craft of suit-making. I have been a customer of Sam for over four years now and I have never been disappointed. I have nothing but praise for the unrivaled service and products he has offered. To demonstrate just how amazing Sofyano is and how much they truly care about their customers, I would like to share one of my amazing experiences with Sam, the founder and owner of Sofyano. After buying a beautiful, navy suit from Sam, I enjoyed and wore the suit for over a year. Unfortunately, after gaining some unwanted weight, the suit I purchased no longer fit. While most suit retailers wouldn't bother to help a customer in this situation, Sam took it upon himself to have me fitted for a new suit and then delivered the suit to me free of charge. If you decide to go to Sofyano for a new suit, you will come out of the experience with more than just an article of clothing. You will come out with an invaluable relationship with one of the most bright and passionate experts in suit-making. Not to forget, you will also come out with a beautiful, carefully-detailed suit that is sure to garner the highest compliments from those around you! (To date, I cannot keep track of how many compliments I have received as I wear one of Sofyano's suits either in trial or in the office.) If you are looking for a suit, Sofyano has my highest regard and utmost recommendation.

Avoid at all costs…read more I had a terrible experience with Sofyano Tailors. From start to finish, it was chaotic and unprofessional. I was constantly chasing them for timelines, and they rarely picked up the phone. They told me my suit would be ready in a month, so I showed up on that date and they didn't even have the correct information on my order. They kept calling me by the wrong name, and when I finally tried the suit on, the fit was awful. When I asked the owner why the fit of this made to measure fit was awful, he shrugged and said, "I'm not a magician. Let me just give you a refund" that was a month wasted. That's not just bad customer service--it's insulting. The entire process made me anxious that I wouldn't even have a suit in time. I ended up going to Pursuit instead, and the difference was night and day. Pursuit was organized, welcoming, and professional. They delivered a high-quality suit that fits like a glove. Yes, it was slightly more expensive--but I'd pay three times more for the peace of mind and the product they delivered. Sofyano was a waste of time and energy. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
