Not my first time going here within the last six months my first attempt to go here I made an appointment attempting to get fitted for a suit for my wedding they literally didn't help at all didn't answer questions and overall just suck the second time I came in there's five different staff members four of them in a corner chatting while I'm standing at the desk waiting to be helped I had a single item in hand while the other staff member is helping another customer if your planning on going to Jos a bank make an appointment for the one on 4168 Worth Ave They're much better and can actually do customer service this location honestly sucks. Also don't to your alterations here they ship them out to some shitty place look for a local shop. read more

You would think a nice area like Dublin would have nice stores too, this is not the case here. Guy with the mustache was visibly annoyed when asking if I needed help with anything. I ordered a tailored suit and needed it shipped to Fairlawn for a wedding by a certain day. They said they could do this (it in fact did not happen and I had to scramble for a substitute). We had reservation for 2 suit fittings for the groom and father of the bride. When we arrived, there were 2 gentleman behind the counter folding clothes and 2 women at the check out counter. We were not greeted in anyway by anyone. We felt like we were an inconvenience. When I explained to the women at the front desk that we had an appointment, the seemed confused and asked if we knew our size. We said, "no, that is why we are here". This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced at a business that offered suit fittings. I would never recommend Jos A Banks at this location. Go to Macys....they actually fit you for a suit and will provide help. read more

Justin C. is an excellent sales associate and has wonderful fashion taste! My husband was in need of a modern suit for an upcoming friend's wedding (not part of the wedding party, but something semi-formal.) Because the wedding is during the day and on a Sunday, Justin C. suggested my husband try on a vest and long-sleeve shirt, suit pants and designer half boots to see if the outfit combination met our expectations. My husband looked amazing because of Justin C's fashion sense, so we bought all of it, suit jacket too. Here's the bummer news...Unfortunately, the suit jacket and pants needed to be altered, but the store's tailor is located in Atlanta, GA, which was not told to us when we bought the merchandise. We had to return the suit today because it won't be done in time for the wedding, something the store was surprised to learn after checking the status of our order. The store manager and regional manager worked so hard to meet our deadline, but no luck. We kept everything else on our receipt (vest, long-sleeve shirt, swanky boots.) it's a total bummer because the suit is gorgeous. IMPORTANT ADVICE: Do not use Jos A Bank for alterations. The dependency to have it shipped from Columbus, OH to Atlanta, GA is too great of a risk. Again, this is nothing against the Dublin, OH store. Thomas the store manager, Justin C., and all associates with whom we spoke over the phone were exceptional, kind and willing to help us. The clothing is modern, good selection of merchandise, and we will shop at this store again. Justin C. is seriously an amazing sales person, tried his best to help us, and should not be faulted. read more

I'm a young sales professionals in a more modern office, I do not have as much need for a suit as in the past but wanted to look good for an upcoming wedding. My suggestions were constantly denied by the fitter and now I look like a 2004 NBA draftee because I guess I look 50lbs more than I actually weigh. Awful customer experience. The first time we went we were in the store over an hour while they tried to figure out how to fit my husband (which came back wrong) and save the information in the system, we were then told to come back another time. We would not have come back but had to due to needing the suit for a wedding party. Once receiving the suit and wearing it for 2 hours, the pants ripped. The store REFUSED to replace to refund and instead charged my husband $70 so he could get new pants and have a complete set again. We will not be back. Dont waste your time or money read more

Tila Dulal is one of the personable salesmen I have ever met. I recently came in for a suit fitting and he was so courteous and kind. I asked him what kind of deals were going on and he was very informative. It was a stress free and open environment. Tila is one of the few people that want to earn your trust and business. I have shopped at many Jos A Banks locations. The Dublin location has the best customer service by far! I was there today to purchase dress pants for my husband. I thought I'd be there 30+ minutes to find what I was looking for but instead I was helped by 2 fantastic salesmen and I was finished in less than 15 minutes. The salesmen were friendly and extraordinarily efficient in showing me exactly what I was looking for, as well as showing me options I hadn't considered. These guys get an A+ for their service! It's a men's suit store what else can ya say? They are on the expensive side so definitely wait for a sale unless you just have to have it. Alterations are a little on the slow side and again pricey as well. read more

An awful awful place. My fiancé and I went in to look at tuxes to rent. The customer service is awful. We felt like he didn't think he was going to make much money off of us so he didn't give us much time or attention or explanation. They had two jacket styles in the color we were interested in and he salesman handed just the jacket to my fiancé to put on with his jeans and t shirt. Not a great way to get an idea of what a tux will look like. After having to ask if we could also try on pants and a shirt we had to also ask to try on a vest and tie. The salesman was not helpful at all in taking to us about fit or what it would look like once properly measured and altered (the pants were so so so long- which is fine but also doesn't give you an idea of what it will really look like- he could have told us not to worry they would be the right length and here's how to simulate that with this try on) my fiancé is not a dressy dress up person and he was so discouraged after this visit and his first time trying on anything formal that now he doesn't know what to wear. The sales associate was awful. There were several in the store and they all seemed to be scanning inventory. It was all awkward rude and WAY overpriced. (Over 200$) for a tux rental. Will NOT be getting his tux or anything other gifts from any jos a banks. read more
