In that time, I have gotten to know the brand really well. I can tell you from tons of experience that their clothing will go out of style long before it ever falls apart. The items are very well made and will hold up to everyday wear. This brand has done a lot for the plus size clothing industry. Torrid was one of the first brands to start making truly trendy clothing for plus size girls, for that reason, Torrid will always be my favorite clothing store. Upon entering a Torrid store location, you will be greeted by a sales associate who typically introduces themselves and asks if you need any assistance, etc. They will offer to start a fitting room for you. They'll then write your name on the door and begin hanging items in the fitting room for you. Some fitting rooms have fans with a control switch on the wall-this is awesome in the summer months. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like their customers are important. This location is one of my favorites. (Maybe mom?) That is NO excuse to treat servers let alone a hostess!? Parents didn't even step up! How would you feel if a random group of people started yelling at you because YOU couldn't accommodate them right away??
