They really mean it with the "warehouse" part of their name. There is a very impressive selection of clothes for both men and women, with clothes for all seasons. The organization here is wonderful. The winter coats are in the back, and everything else is sorted by size. There's whole sections of short sleeves that are all medium and then another section of long sleeves that are medium and coats and sweaters and so on. The discounts here are also fantastic. Essentially every rack had a sign with a certain percentage off, and I believe the whole store was discounted as well. You can really see all the rewards paying off at check-out. In addition, the employees are all really sweet and genuinely seem like they want to help you. Very welcoming environment, and I would definitely return. read more

For everyday sales definitely a place that has better sales for women over men. They run their women's boots for 39.99 which is a steal for winter boots! The rest is a good deal but not a crazy good steal ya know. Great quality clothes at a reasonable price. Now they do a salvage sale ever quarter, now that is insane and can be a really good deal. Go early before they open, only let 30 people in at a time. Check the clothes quality could be torn, cut, ripped or used... however everything rages from 4-20 dollars depending on what it is. Amazing warehouse store. It looks more like a store than a warehouse now. It's much nicer inside now than it was just a few years ago. The term warehouse refers to where it is as well as the fact that it is basically an outlet store, so you can expect reduced prices on many items, although everything is new and in great condition. Their selections are impressive. Be sure to check out the shoes and boots. This brand is legendary for high quality clothing. This is one of the best kept secret shopping spots in Columbus, certainly belonging on the top 10 of shopping destinations in central Ohio!! read more

What a great find at the west end of Columbus. Never knew that this place even existed before now. It is located in a industrial area, and it's off of the highway. We were amazed on how huge this place was. The sales were amazing, but the sizes do vary. There is also a salvage station, but it is only open at certain times. Items that are in the salvage could have a stain, rip, or anything else that could be wrong with the item. After discovering the Eddie Bauer Warehouse it doesn't make sense to shop at the regular Eddie Bauer store. It is worth the drive to the Eddie Bauer Warehouse. read more

The boy was looking for some new jeans to replace the ones that got damaged in the chemistry lab, so off we went to the Eddie Bauer outlet, hoping to find some deals. It is a bit of a drive out to the industrial area west of Columbus, but the warehouse comes up quicker than you would think, at least if you are looking at the address numbers. I made the unfortunate discovery that even the smallest sizes in slacks and jeans don't fit me, but the boy was able to find two pairs of jeans on sale for $14.99, as well as a nice fleecy jacket which will be good for the transition from fall to winter. The outlet prices were decent, although if you are looking for a steal it really depends on the week's specials (written on the whiteboard by the door). The staff attempts to keep the salvage area organized, although it gets pretty chaotic in there. You do have to look carefully at the items in salvage, since some of them are damaged, and there is no fitting room in that section. I'd say it's worth a trip if you know that the sizes and styles are something that fit you well, but if you are a tiny librarian, you might not want to make the drive. read more

I didn't really get anything here. I visited both the Eddie Bauer Warehouse Store and Salvage store over the weekend. Warehouse Store: This was in the front of the warehouse, close to the entrance. This section is huge, with men's and women's clothing and shoes. They also had accessories as well as bags and suitcases. The deals seemed pretty good. But I wasn't really looking for anything so I left after half an hour or less. If you buy something from here, you'll have to put your bag in your car before you can head over tot he salvage section and vice versa. The sales here were nice, but it didn't seem like it was much of a discount since Eddie Bauer always has sales online and in their stores. Salvage Section: This section was smaller than the Warehouse Store, but there was still a lot of stuff here. They had men and women's clothes as well as shoes and accessories. The clothes here are arranged by type of clothes (shirts, pants, skirts) and then by size (S,M,L,XL,XXL). But the clothes are all thrown into big boxes labeled with your size. I bought a shirt here, and there weren't any defects on it. It was only $12 or so. Tons of parking. read more

Loved this place. Forgot all about it....it had been almost 20 years?? Today was their early Black Friday sale. Everything 40% off plus many many items 50% off on top of that! One of their registers were down so the line fed to the back of the warehouse - roughly 40 min wait - but the staff was amazing. Upbeat. Professional. Efficient. My sweetheart spoiled me today. The selection and prices are hard to believe. I highly recommend coming here before buying any Eddie Bauer products a full price. The one downside is finding the actual store. Usually I love this place, unfortunately, it's been "temporarily closed" for three weeks before Christmas. I was counting on doing some Christmas shopping here. Each week they say it will be opening the next week. I've been up every Saturday morning in the hopes of going to the salvage store, but it's a complete waste of time and effort. If they want people to be understanding, they should actually reopen when they say they're going to, or give a reason for the closure. Now I'll be spending hundreds of dollars on holiday gifts elsewhere. read more

This is not an "Outlet" store. This is a treasure trove of possibly FANTASTIC deals on last years or overstocks, or in the case of their "salvage" area just look carefully because here is where there may be stains, rips, or buttons missing, etc. But the deals are great if you are willing to look! I got a $200 Weathertech jacket with removable lining, which has a small oil stain on the shoulder (which you really can't see well) for $25! My daughter and I went there mothers day weekend, almost everything in the warehouse part was 50% off and THEN you got another 40% off total purchase at register! We spent $309 and SAVED $732!!! I got tennis shoes that were normally about $110 for something like $27. The savings went on and on. If you are handy and can fix small tears, stains, etc, you really must check this place out. Oh, and they typically don't have many items for kids, but there was a small rack of winter coats which we picked up a nice one for my great niece -- $17 read more

For years I never thought I would wear Eddie Bauer clothes, due mainly to the expensive prices on items and the style didn't seem to fit me. I stumbled upon this store as I flipped through the phone book (ahahahahah remember those) looking for a hostess outlet. I get such great deals here...it's sick. $200.00 leather bomber jacket.... I paid $40 $99.00 puffer coat... $30 $99.00 Clarks Wallabees $30. Sperry Topsider canvas shoes $14 Sperry Topsider boat shoes $25. 3 pairs of knee high boots, originally 180/pair go them for 25 a piece. With such good prices how could I not become a convert? Also I'm plus sized and they sell plus size items in the store. I like that they take the friends and family card here, so after I make a few purchases I receive a gift check in the mail towards my next purchase. And it's not like everything is out of season either or style. Sometimes I will check online for clothing and run into the same exact oxford shirt or coat on this store's floor. There is the salvage room which is only open on Friday and Saturday. Only go in there if you have plenty of time to dig through boxes of items. And sometimes the items are a lil more worse for wear... like it looks like it fell on the floor of the warehouse and got drug under a cart for a couple shifts. This is my definite go to store when I need work clothes.... but a previous poster hit it spot on, sometimes the prices are a lil steep for certain items that I think should be discounted more. read more

Eddie Bauer Warehouse Store I want to love you, I really do. But I fear that I may never be able to do so, and that isn't fair to you. I want to see other outlet stores. No, don't cry... you just weren't the one for me. Oh it's OK, really it is. I am certain that plenty of other budget minded shoppers will appreciate your long flowing racks of colorful clothing. They will understand why you put on the good face up front. You display normally priced premium goods in order to maintain an air of quality, not out of spite to the average bargain hunter. Once they reach your succulent backside of discount racks, they will be hooked instantly. And then, THEN when you truly open up to them and let them in to your special salvage place at a special time, well that is when the magic happens. So why can't we be together Eddie Bauer Warehouse Store? I'm sorry to say, that every time I come to visit you I leave so unsatisfied. I spend my money on you and leave with so little to show. This place is hit or miss at best. The salvage store is just that. You may be able To salvage a backpack or accessory, but it's often the case that the items are ready for the donate bin. The real issue is their outlet. The move to their new store has been nothing short of a fiasco. I received a post card inviting me to a gran opening promising discounts and prizes. When I arrived I was informed they were behind schedule and no such events were taking place. I returned, as advised, the following weekend. Same thing!!! No consolations were offered even though this is a significant use of time and gas to get there. Lesson learned; I called before going this week! When I arrived, they have issues with their space. Not only was the parking under construction, the store itself lost power twice while I was there. The piercing loud fire alarm went off for at least 15 min with no ability to check out. There are good buys here, but not worth the hardship. read more

Be sure to go to the back area of the store. The best deals are there. Don't forget to check out the Salvage room. It's not in the Outlet store. When you walk into the EB Warehouse Store (aka Outlet) you look at the first price tag you come across and think the world has gone crazy. "$50 for a button up shirt?! And this is the Warehouse store!? What the HECK!?" But trust me, it does get cheaper. Move WAAAAAYYYY towards the back of the store. No- not yet, keep going... See the shoe racks all the way over there? Yeah, move in that direction. NO! Not by the winter coats straight that way! Those prices will give you a heart attack! Turn RIGHT, quickly!!! Yes, that is better (Wipes sweat from brow). HERE is where you will find some of the better deals in this place. For example, most of the women's slacks are $9.99- in all kinds of colors (black, grey, green, khaki). The shoes are discounted, some 70% off. Belts and accessories are in the middle (just peruse them on your way back and forth from the dressing rooms towards the middle of the store). Men's slacks were around $14.99, I believe. But, as my fellow Yelpers have mentioned... there is more! Two days a week the secret back room opens up its rusty doors to show you the seedy underbelly of all things Eddie Bauer. And by seedy- I mean ripped pants, shirts with mysterious marks on them, skirts with hems coming apart, accessories missing crucial parts, etc. My fav part of this back room (aside from navigating the labyrinth to get to it) are the rows and rows of feet. Yup. You heard me right- feet. For some reason- they sell manikin feet. I don't even like feet, but just coming across an entire shelf of feet (for a $1 if I remember correctly) somehow was hysterical to me. Has anyone else seen that Dr. Who episode where the manikins come alive and try to kill humans? Well, the feet here would be the first to take their revenge! lol read more

Horrible experience. Went to the store recently with my 6yr old daughter. After shopping for a little while she started to have a bathroom emergency. I asked a staff member who stated she would have to ask her manager bc the restrooms were closed. The staff member said her manger said No. I explained that it was an emergency and that my daughter was going to have to go in the parking lot. The staff member then gave me tissues to wipe her outside after she was done. On our way out I went to the manager and asked again bagging him to please make an exception for my young daughter. He said "no bc then I would have to clean the restroom". I started to get upset and told him "then fine I will clean the restroom. That this is an emergency and I don't find it appropriate to ask a child to use the restroom in a parking lot". He begrudgingly said "fine fine do what you want". While in the restroom my husband checked us out spending $250 only to have the woman give him a dirty look and never say thank you. This was a horrible experience and we will not be going back. I have called corporate and have been told I have to wait to hear back. I'm hoping all of their management isn't as bad as the little mean man manager that works at the Columbus Eddie Bauer Warehouse. read more

This place is a hidden treasure! If you love Eddie Bauer, you'll LOVE the warehouse! It's huge and has everything, plus more than the actual stores carry. There are always sales for great prices and sometimes they do a "blue light special." Last time I went, it was 70% off on certain things (bedding, shoes, etc) if you purchased them within a certain amount of time. Even if you're not finished shopping yet, they'll give you a time-stamped sticker to put on your item so you'll still get the discount. Love this place! Like many things in life, it's not what you expect to find. First off it's a split two thirds is women's clothing. Abd the salvage site is only open Friday and Saturday. What exactly is a salvaged clothing item? I can't tell you add I'm here on Monday. The regular stuff is 40 percent off. The clearance can be up to 70 percent. If you like popular colors and sizes, you may not have much to look at It's a good place to kill do time. The costs and pants best deals. But again do they fit is the question. All said better than a trip to the outlet mall, because it's only one store! read more

I hit the Eddie Bauer Warehouse store shortly before Xmas, and it really delivered. The store is split into 2 (or 3) main sections. The part near the entrance is like a regular outlet mall store with some decent outlet-style deals -- 25%-30% off or so. If you head back and to the right, you will find the catalog clearance section -- 50%-75% off or so. From what I understand, this section is where all of the leftover items from the catalog end up. Keep in mind that they will be a season behind, so right now it is mostly summer/fall, at least in the men's clearance section. (Section 3 is the Salvage section which is open a couple days a week and has items with quality issues.) The store is stocked with tons of merchandise, especially for women. I was impressed by the large selection of size small men's items, which is great for me. There are a large selection of both men's and women's coats of various sorts available in the clearance section, as well as most of their current catalog selection. The staff was very helpful. The store was very well-organized and pretty clean, considering its location -- tacked on the side of a warehouse. If you or your people wear EB clothes or need a coat, this store should be on your list. read more

Love this place. I seriously couldn't have found it without Yelp's trusty marketing ads! Ha! The outlet side of the building is just like your typical Eddie Bauer Outlet store. Some of the "deals" don't seem as deal-worthy, in my opinion. I'm such a frugal gal. HOWEVER the Salvage room side (NOTE-that's only open Fri-Sat) is seriously worth it! They have tons of clothing items for women, whereas the Salvage room men's clothing side is somewhat lacking. Make sure to look the Salvage room side's stuff over before you buy, it is non-returnable! They do accept credit cards and well as cash! Totally worth the trip! read more

This is one of my favorite places to shop in Columbus. The employees who work here are wonderful - incredibly helpful and super nice. The deals here are usually very good. The last time I shopped all women's pants in the clearance section size 2-8 were $6! You can also buy catalog only items that you don't see in stores such as home decor. read more

This store is more than just an outlet. It is a hide and seek adventure for great deals. It appears to be attached to the shipping warehouse for all of their orders and contains last season's left over stock at amazing deals. The best part - it's seriously well organized. This place is amazing. I love getting jeans for 12.99 in the warehouse section! The clothes are organized by all of the same size on a rounder. The outwear selection is really wonderful and I don't bother looking anywhere else. The people who work here are the best that I've ever seen in retail. Years ago a pop-up EB Warehouse showed up for a few days in STL and it was the place to get EB clothing at great prices. When we were heading out of Columbus, we got wind of one on the way out and we made sure to stop by. Its literally in a warehouse so you will miss it if you aren't paying attention. Upon entering, it then proceeds to have EB signage so that helps. Staff was friendly, helpful and ready to assist in any manor. Items are on round racks by sizes and there's really not a solid organization to it besides that. Mens on one side, womens on the other and shoes, accessories are what divides the 2. The best part - you can use your EB rewards still, which was great. I wish another would pop up here in STL but if I'm ever back up in the Columbus area, I will for sure stop by again. read more

The Eddie Bauer Warehouse Store on the far west side is the rare warehouse store that actually resembles a warehouse. For years I didn't even know this was here. There aren't any other retail outlets to speak of nearby. This place is truly a hidden gem. Well, at least it is hidden. Whether or not it is a gem is up for debate. In all honesty, there just isn't much here. And it's dirty and run-down. The clothes (especially the men's department) selection was slim and relatively unfashionable. I'm not crazy about Eddie Bauer anyway, but I know I've seen much better stuff in the regular stores. This place really gets the closeouts. I will say that they had a reasonable selection of bags. When I am in the market for one, this is definitely where I'll go first. read more

Call ahead and ask when they are running a special sale. I drove 100 miles yesterday because everything was 50% off the already low price. I paid only $10 for a pair of jeans, I bought 3 pair. Their inventory was low on the larger sizes but if I were a small or a medium I would have had more of a selection. If the special sale runs for 2 or 3 days, get there on day 1. Now fellow Eddie Bauer lovers keep these things in mind: *its tucked back in distribution land- this is not an outlet mall area- it's actually connected to the distribution center *part "outlet store" (clothes made for the outlet store- never for the actual stores, catalog, or online) *part clearance/overstock/returns that actually does have some retail store/catalog/online merch at pretty good prices. And they just got the men's HERITAGE collection- which brings Eddie Bauer back to it's roots- all 50% or more. Also they just added a section of the FIRST ASCENT gear. *Yes it's kinda ghetto- it's not built out like the retail stores, but common. I got a $150 trench for $12.99. Born and Keen shoes 70% off. $75 in retail stores sweaters for $4.99...... *And here is the important part- ***PART SALVAGE*** (follow the red arrows to the back of the building- not part of the store in the front / just ask and they'll point you down the hall)- which means clothes, home goods, shoes, $$$$ coats- all of which may or may not be damaged, but all tops are $5- even $150 sweaters that just need a new button or a small seam fixed- no problem! Some items are expert repair or use as a wash rag they are so stained. BUT I found 3 cashmere sweaters for $5 each- all of which I had seen in the retail stores, but looked over them time and time again- NOTHING wrong with them- just the label was cut! My Dad found a $150 watch that just needed a simple watch pin for $5. Yeah you are looking through bins, but the savings! Could you buy brand new clothes at a thrift store even for those prices!? I dont think ANYTHING was over $20? I didn't get through the whole list. *Sometimes you leave with a steal, sometimes you leave with nothing. It's somewhere you have to check into every so often to find the good deals. And always look at end of season stuff for the best deals- it's Eddie Bauer- it's not going to be unused the next summer/winter! read more

I never thought I'd be able to afford wearing Eddie Bauer at the same price (or less) than what I've paid for at Kohls. This place is awesome, I seriously feel like the Indiana Jones of clothing deals when I score a deal in the salvage room (NEW pair of jeans for $5!). The service is great too. My wife bought a top from the regular warehouse store (not the salvage side), and was disappointed to find a rip in it. Not only did they replace it without question, but the lady noted that we got overcharged the first time, and refunded the difference to us. There's also a club card that'll regularly get you $5 or more off coupons. read more

This place saved me in the winter. $5 sweaters, $5 pants, $25 coats. When you first enter the building, follow the red stripe on the wall all the way down through what looks like an abandoned office building. Then you will enter the salvage chamber of bargains which has all kinds of random things- luggage, clothing, accessories, travel tools, picture frames, mannequins, and other retail fixtures. This salvage room is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. This is a fantastic way to get super high quality items for thrift store prices. read more

My husband and I recently stumbled upon this GOLD MINE and decided it is so good we are not going to tell our family members from Georgia that exists (although they may become suspicious when they start receiving birthday and Christmas gifts from Eddie Bauer). We went for the Columbus Day Sale and got 50% off everything we bought including the items already marked 50% off. I bought some Merrell hiking boots for $37 and my husband got some great pull overs for under $20. The best find of the day was in the TRUE Warehouse tag sale room. I purchased a black down parka for $40. It was in excellent condition--just missing a bottom button. The same parka retails for $280. read more
