However, it's sad to say that their customer service has really gone downhill. The last couple times I have been in to the Grandview location. The staff has been extremely rude and unwelcoming. Just today, I went in there this morning to get a dress for my daughter's birthday party this weekend. The woman could have cared less that I was in the store. She seemed irritated that I was asking questions about some of the dresses that were being shown on the mannequins. This type of customer service does not make me want to shop at the store. It's disappointing. Also, their sizes have gotten smaller. I feel as the years have gone on. I've always been pretty true to size, a large normally always fits. But I feel like the largest keep getting smaller. I'm still happy to go in there and buy HomeGoods because they are very well bought and very good quality. But, when I'm treated with such rudeness, it makes me not want to go into the store.

I found several jackets close to what I wanted, and picked one that's just right. Lots of sizes and colors of blazers. Even bigger selection of shirts, suits, tuxedos, etc. Plenty of accessories too. I ended up with a jacket, socks, and shirt for about half what I would have spent on a jacket at Men's Wearhouse, and since I only wear them once a year or so that's just right. Service was great from several staffers. Prices are great. I scoped the kid's section and was impressed, didn't get to the women's area, did notice plenty of men's casual wear up front.

The quality of clothing isn't cheap which is a plus because sometimes when you don't pay a lot in price, the clothing material may be cheap and you wash it two or three times and it's done but not so. They have a sale of clearance where you can really rack up on shirts, jeans and even shoes and jewelry as well. The staff there is nice and always inform you of any sales that may be going on in the near future. Thanks to great clothing and customer service at this store. That's what keeps me coming back.

They forget what that does to us folk who actually NEED to find that (ahem) size extra-MEDIUM. This was my first time visiting here and I was more than pleased to find a larger athletic wear section that I had expected, assuming that this store would focus mainly on casual and formal attire. As expected, the clothes are a bit higher in price, but hey, ya gotta pay for that extra fabric, dude. Our salesman was very welcoming and stayed with me throughout the duration of my visit, although I told him that he could tend to anyone he needed to and check back with me. Note to all you shoppers out there: be respectful and don't monopolize the attendant's time while you're still in the consideration stage. He was even kind enough to give me the location of sister stores, if I couldn't find what I needed there. I also find that to be a pleasant surprise, because most times, they will offer to order it for you and keep the commission. He was obviously more concerned with my satisfaction, for which, I am extremely grateful. I will definitely return.

The particular day that I went and found the DXL at Polaris I discovered that the location of the store matters most definitely with inventory numbers and product. I was headed to Men's Wearhouse at Polaris not knowing there was a DXL there oh. I am so glad I went a couple blocks away and found this particular DXL. And the days the pandemic it is difficult, I believe, for businesses to have a legitimate and full staff. I walked into the store and it was packed honestly. I saw one lady working with customers and working and running around but I just thought there were other employees working! However, this lady, Stephanie, was the only employee working this particular day. I was in the store shopping trying things on and enjoying my experience for more than an hour and I will attest that this lady would be the best brand ambassador for DXL ever. The store only got busier over the course of time that I was there--and she never stopped. Stephanie created an impression upon me that now has me connected to the Polaris DXL. Her calming professional Style and ability to help everybody the way she did this day proves to me that she really does know what she's talking about and cares about each and every customer. I'm sure I witnessed all of this even though she is overworked and probably underpaid. The inventory in this store is larger greater than what I consider the inventory to be at the Olentangy Henderson Road store. Perhaps it's totally do two more square footage here at the Polaris store but it's definitely more appreciated Yes, as every retailer there are those specific sales and incentives to get you in the door and to get you to buy one that will encourage you to purchase more but it's still acceptable and encouraged for someone like me that has to spend thousands a year on clothing for play and for professional work. The cleanliness here in the dressing room area and in the area where shoes are found is unbelievably totally organized and cleaned beyond what I ever would have thought. There is one employee, Stephanie, that is doing it all and let me tell you this particular day with the crowd that she had in there and it was consistently staying busy she really did do an amazing job Granted that I did not know that Polaris had the DXL but I am thrilled that I ran across it as I'm driving in the area.

A few years ago, it used to have the irritating perfume scent, but it doesn't anymore. Since the Aerostale store in Polaris has a first rate look, this store as well as the other Hollister stores in the world could have a makeover. But featuring vociferous music and dimmed lighting still make it a cutting edge place in any mall. Despite purchasing the majority of Hollister items at the Easton location, I bought my first Hollister item at the Polaris location. It was a nice looking polo shirt featuring blue and white stripes. It's unfortunate it's no longer in stock. But recently, I've purchased a big quantity of items at this store recently such as polo shirts with vivid colors and a fleece featuring a top notch design of the Hollister name. The current models at this location are affable, enthusiastic, and make a valiant effort to assist customers. When I used a fitting room, a model was civil enough to hold the sweater I was going to try on as she unlocked the door. One of the managers, Kristen, is also affable. I was having a conversation with her and stepped on her flip-flop. I apologized for this, but she was unfazed and enthusiastically said "That's okay!". Kristen is bubbly, which is a engaging trait for a manager who perhaps encourages work to be fun for the models and fun to shop for customers. Again, this Hollister store could upgrade it's look like the Aerostale store in Polaris, but it's still a pretty good place to visit and purchase the hip looking items.

After a different experience not far away, it was a pleasant surprise to find things not only in organized-by-size state, but numerous real deals. There's a variety here that's good for younger to older. There are items that are insanely priced, but many realistic prices and a few good deals. Happy to get some shoes and apparel. It was a pleasant surprise, overall. Kudos to their buyers and pricers.

We got 3 shirts and a Stranger Things mystery mini figure. Sarah was great and offered to see what would save us more, a 30% coupon or $30 Hot Cash. They were running a buy 2 get 1 free shirt deal, but it did not apply if you were using Hot Cash. We still saved half of the total bill without the shirt deal. Great store, doesn't feel as cluttered as other locations. Staff is always great.
