Their staff is not trained in fitting suits and it will be obvious when your pants are two sizes too big and six inches too short. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I came in with my boyfriend to buy a suit for a wedding later this month. We had never suit shopped…read morebefore and were actually excited to check out Indochino. There were no signs saying "appointment only," the store was nearly empty, and yet the female associate acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

The prices match the nearby Marshall's and TJ Maxx, obviously. But you can find some deals. I always check out the pet area for treats and toys. You can also find Darn Tough socks sometimes. The wait in line usually isn't too bad. The last time I was there, November 2024, a guy stocking shelves was coughing loudly over the products.

When I was in the outdoor industry and needed new gear, STP was one of the first websites I'd check for gear. Even when my wife was an employee at a competing outdoor retailer (where I got a discount) I was still shopping online at STP. When I found out they were building a brick and mortar store here in Columbus I was beyond thrilled! As it is part of the TJX companies it still means that the store is a gamble when it comes to brands and sizes found. However, it makes a great starting point as you can easily search their site to see if there are other sizes, colors, etc available. Don't have a tiny pocket computer (aka a smart phone)? There's no need to fret! In store they even have a kiosk where you can search their online stock. My only real dislike of the physical store is that as of right now they do not accept the countless coupons that come to my email address. This may change soon as an employee recently told me that they would start honoring them. Until then, I will still order the bulk of my purchases from the website so I can use the frequent STP coupons. With the store so close it's super easy to return to the store with no hassle. This is extremely helpful when ordering shoes online as some outdoor brands use variations of European sizing that allow for greater fit specification. Recently I ordered two pairs of a boot to see if they would work for my job. Having a low volume super narrow foot they did not but, with the painless returns it was no problem. I even lucked out and found the perfect pair in store!
