We wanted a peaked lapel with a satin finish (I'm really not sure what the terminology is, but hopefully that's right lol), however, they only had notched satin or a grain peaked lapel. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

I am always looking for the best price. I even use the app to order and do in-store pickup. There is plenty of parking in street lots or the surrounding garages.
