My partner and I had an appointment today to look at engagement rings. It was a fine process. The…read morewoman helping us took time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. However, I felt like we were just a box she had to check to get through the day. I much prefered Clean Origin and cannot say enough good things about them.

After being professionally sized in-store, I ordered my ring based on their recommendation, but it didn't fit. When I returned to the store, both a manager and an employee confirmed I could exchange it for a larger size rather than resize it, per their policy. They took my ring to process the exchange. Days later, I was told they could only resize it, contradicting what I was promised. They claimed they'd escalate my case for review and follow up, but no one did. I had to call myself to find out my request was denied due to their vague "sustainability pledge." After nearly two weeks of delays, I requested a refund. Again, no one followed up. When I called back, I was told my refund needed further review because it was "past the refund window," even though they've had my ring since January 14th. They also suddenly required the return of promotional items, despite previously assuring me this wouldn't be necessary. Now, I must wait another 24-48 hours for a decision and, if approved, another 5-9 days for processing. Brilliant Earth has failed to honor their policies, misled me, and repeatedly delayed resolution. Their customer service is unreliable, and once they have your money, their policies seem to work in their favor--not yours. Buyer beware.

The showroom displays options for suit colors and fabrics, but you may get something entirely…read moredifferent after they incorrectly label something. Their staff is not trained in fitting suits and it will be obvious when your pants are two sizes too big and six inches too short. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I came in with my boyfriend to buy a suit for a wedding later this month. We had never suit shopped…read morebefore and were actually excited to check out Indochino. There were no signs saying "appointment only," the store was nearly empty, and yet the female associate acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

We stopped in to buy my shoes and look at dresses, ended up buying a wedding dress!…read more My consultant, Jade S, was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. I tried on one dress that my friend wanted me to try, and two that I liked. Jade brought three more and I chose the one I liked the best since I was short on time. Best choice I ever made. I will definitely go to this store for all my dress needs.

I purchased my dress in September 2025 (Cait helped me during my first appt and she was great) and was told it would be ready for alterations/pickup in October. October came and went with no communication, so I reached out in November, only to be told they weren't sure why I'd been given that timeline, as the dress wouldn't be ready until January 2026. At the time, this felt manageable since my wedding is mid-May 2026. However, the issues continued. In January, my alterations appointments were canceled same day three separate times with very limited and far out options to reschedule. When I finally had my first fitting, the service was poor and the alterations were done incorrectly, requiring me to return for another appointment. Initially, I was told alterations would take less than a week - but by this point, it was already mid-April, just one month before my wedding. On the phone call before my second appointment (to fix their mistake), I was told my dress wouldn't be ready for another month- meaning the week of my wedding. I even asked about a refund so I could take my dress to be altered elsewhere, but was told that wasn't an option. Then, after finally being able to come in for the appointment in April after multiple calls and speaking to a manager, I unexpectedly was told the dress was actually ready to take home despite multiple prior conversations with different staff members insisting it wouldn't be ready until May. Overall, the experience was disorganized, inconsistent, and disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines constantly changed, and it often felt like no one knew what was going on. I regret choosing to work with them and would strongly recommend that other brides look elsewhere.
