Be prepared to be ignored or employees to dread helping. I got asked a couple times if I need assistance and it looked like they dreaded to ask, then why ask if i need help? When i go up to pay the manager had the nerve to runaway and yell out loud "someone else will help!" To compare them to a better customer service atmosphere at the store called Aerie--they should probably keep that attitude in check-especially if customers are nice!! Customer experience is everything when it comes to reputation/ image of the brand to keep a positive experience.

This location is fantastic! As a long-time Free People fanatic, I have visited several locations around the country, and this is the largest store that I have seen. Fabulous addition to Easton! I wish I lived closer so I could visit all the time!

There were only a few of us and it was as if we were a complete bother. I think it's a disgrace that many reviews over the years have highlighted this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior at this store but it appears absolutely nothing has been done about it. These ladies should not work in the customer service industry if they have zero interest in offering a pleasant customer experience. Please do better Free People. Highly disappointed in the lack of action to make this store better. I'll encourage others to avoid.

And while I have seen some of the reviews state that the clothing can be pricey, they also have some of the best deals I have ever encountered. There is never not some type of sale going on there. And echoing the other reviewers the staff really is always so friendly and helpful! For example my bridesmaids dresses were on sale for only $15 each. And due to the wrap style and length not a single one needed to be altered. They are consistently having amazing sales where you can get super cute shoes, dresses, candles, and even hair products for around $10 or less. A few downsides are that they run out of things fairly quick and don't seem to restock but are also getting fresh new items in daily. I've also had a few things be damaged or tear but that is few and far between. Can't really say enough how much I love this place!

I became a lover of Francesca's years ago after discovering it right here, this exact location!…read moreLately I've been visiting more often and I've really been enjoying it. Every location of Francesca's is slightly different. They have the freedom to make each location unique, which is something I really enjoy. This particular location is rather small and tucked right in the middle of the mall at Easton Town Center. There is an entrance on both ends of the store and it tends to get rather packed and some sometimes hard to move around. Other than that, this location is great! They carry a large array of clothing, generally changing with the season. I went over the weekend and the spring clothes were out on display, very bright and airy! They also have tons of beautiful jewelry, handbags, and cute knick-knacks like coffee mugs, key chains, and notebooks. You can definitely find a gift here, no doubt! The staff at Francesca's can be hit or miss. They are either up your butt following you around, trying to "help." Or, they are pleasant, friendly, and give you space to browse and find something you like. Lucky for this location, they are more relaxed and I don't feel like I walked into a used car dealership. They are always happy to start a dressing room for me, grab different sizes if need be, and recommend accessories. They also tend to have deals like buy one get one fifty percent off. Who doesn't love good deal!

The store associate assisting me at the register seemed distracted and uninterested in helping me complete my online order and transaction, so I stopped her and decided to leave empty handed. My order would have been a little over $300. What's interesting is, people often wonder why the sales on eComm are killing brick and mortars. It's because of the horrible/lack of customer service. The manager was worse of all. Discussing managerial tasks out on the floor in front of customers. Steaming clothing instead of greeting customers. I actually needed help on three separate occasions--and nothing. I escorted myself into a dressing room and all. I counted four associates, which out numbered the amount of customers. Disgusting. It's only a matter of time before this location closes or the manager is let go. Maybe if she applied herself she'd have a more fulfilling job and wouldn't treat customers like she's doing them a favor.

While the sales associates…read moreare a little helpful, a little friendly, there is a lack of organization and managerial help to pull it together when the store is busy. When you are offering 40 percent off the entire store, on a weekend, you must be proactive to take care of your customers. In a world of technology with hand held devices, there is no reason to have long lines. A manger can grab one of those handhelds and ring customers up. Today I needed a pair of pants ordered along with my purchase. While the associate was very sweet, no one in the store had a valid log in to order these for me online, so I could take advantage of the 40 percent off and free shipping. She basically told me come back later or order online and pay the $9 shipping. So, I arrive home and attempt to order online, use the chat function, and pants are full price plus shipping. No promo codes worked. I think this brand could offer some improved personal customer service. That is part of the reason I shop there, otherwise I could just go to Target.

Makes sense... sad, but understood their policy. Then manager felt so bad that she couldn't don anything about the final sale.
