When i go up to pay the manager had the nerve to runaway and yell out loud "someone else will help!" To compare them to a better customer service atmosphere at the store called Aerie--they should probably keep that attitude in check-especially if customers are nice!! Not a lot of designer items at this location. Pretty much the same merch as it had two months ago. The fitting room clerk was excellent. He has a great way of keeping track of how many items go in by asking if it would "be easier to hand them to him" (from the cart) and takes you and the items to a fitting room. I actually liked that. The cashiers were not the best. The stood there having a personal conversation for two minutes (yes I timed them.). Once their story to each other was finished they were engaging w/customers and good, but I unappreciated (greatly) being ignored and not rung up in a timely manner. Nordstroms policies are slipping. So is their merchandise selections. I just didn't feel there was any value or savings to most of the items that were there today. This is why I probably don't shop there often as I'm usually disappointed.

They carry a large array of clothing, generally changing with the season. I went over the weekend and the spring clothes were out on display, very bright and airy! They also have tons of beautiful jewelry, handbags, and cute knick-knacks like coffee mugs, key chains, and notebooks. You can definitely find a gift here, no doubt! The staff at Francesca's can be hit or miss. They are either up your butt following you around, trying to "help." They aren't necessarily friendly making the returns, but they usually perk up once I'm making additional purchases. There is one manager who is very friendly, but I don't seem to hit the days she's working on very much. Customer service aside, I like the quality of Loft's products. They don't fall apart after one wash like some other stores. I will say to definitely follow the washing and drying instructions on the tags, however. I once put a sweater in the dryer and it shrunk to the size of a small child. I haven't made that mistake again. I also like how the Loft brand isn't old lady, but isn't too young looking either. I struggled to find a store for my late 20's that was still trendy, but age appropriate. I wear their clothing to work and outside of work as well. There are a lot of pieces I can dress up or down and get my money's worth. Lastly, I never pay full price for their clothes. There is usually always a 40% off sale online and sometimes even in stores. New arrivals occur several times within seasons, so mark downs do as well. You can get even a higher percent off sale items. Who doesn't love that?? All in all, Loft is my go to store for clothing shopping. I'm an online shopper at heart, especially for their online only exclusives, but you'll find me in store every time I'm at the mall.

She's small and petite, with dark hair--racially ambiguous. Watch out for her. I talked to two of her associates as well as two associates at another location, and they used colorful language to describe her. She has quite the reputation, so I know I'm not in the wrong. I'm not sure what her angle is, but she gave me such a hard time for no reason. My most recent interaction wasn't as bad as when the manager was there. I was able to at least get help with sizes and make an order. Seems like things function better when she's not there. Anyhow, I won't be returning to this location. I'm learning that money talks, and eventually poor treatment to loyal customers catches up in the long run.
