However, it's sad to say that their customer service has really gone downhill. The last couple times I have been in to the Grandview location. The staff has been extremely rude and unwelcoming. Just today, I went in there this morning to get a dress for my daughter's birthday party this weekend. The woman could have cared less that I was in the store. She seemed irritated that I was asking questions about some of the dresses that were being shown on the mannequins. This type of customer service does not make me want to shop at the store. It's disappointing. Also, their sizes have gotten smaller. I feel as the years have gone on. I've always been pretty true to size, a large normally always fits. But I feel like the largest keep getting smaller. I'm still happy to go in there and buy HomeGoods because they are very well bought and very good quality. But, when I'm treated with such rudeness, it makes me not want to go into the store.

The clothes are curated based on the staff selections and I love that. I've never visited the shop in Polaris until recently. I was shopping around for Christmas gifts and noticed they had a 50% off sale going on. It was too good to pass up, so I took a look around. I was surprised to find several items that I just HAD TO HAVE! After grabbing up my findings and heading to the dressing rooms in the back, I knew I was about to spend some cash. The staff was crazy friendly, offering to grab me different sizes and giving me the boost of confidence I needed on a couple of items. I knew they looked great, but I needed some reassurance. It was much appreciated. I was jazzed to find a beautiful red dress, a fabulous blouse, and a sequined skirt. All items were must-haves and I left with an extra pep in my step, excited for a reason to get all dolled up. On top of great clothes, Francesca's also has beautiful jewelry, shoes, and an assortment of fun gift items. We got 3 shirts and a Stranger Things mystery mini figure. Sarah was great and offered to see what would save us more, a 30% coupon or $30 Hot Cash. They were running a buy 2 get 1 free shirt deal, but it did not apply if you were using Hot Cash. We still saved half of the total bill without the shirt deal. Great store, doesn't feel as cluttered as other locations. Staff is always great.

When I was in the outdoor industry and needed new gear, STP was one of the first websites I'd check for gear. Even when my wife was an employee at a competing outdoor retailer (where I got a discount) I was still shopping online at STP. When I found out they were building a brick and mortar store here in Columbus I was beyond thrilled! As it is part of the TJX companies it still means that the store is a gamble when it comes to brands and sizes found. However, it makes a great starting point as you can easily search their site to see if there are other sizes, colors, etc available. Don't have a tiny pocket computer (aka a smart phone)? There's no need to fret! In store they even have a kiosk where you can search their online stock. My only real dislike of the physical store is that as of right now they do not accept the countless coupons that come to my email address. This may change soon as an employee recently told me that they would start honoring them. Until then, I will still order the bulk of my purchases from the website so I can use the frequent STP coupons. With the store so close it's super easy to return to the store with no hassle. This is extremely helpful when ordering shoes online as some outdoor brands use variations of European sizing that allow for greater fit specification. Recently I ordered two pairs of a boot to see if they would work for my job. Having a low volume super narrow foot they did not but, with the painless returns it was no problem. I even lucked out and found the perfect pair in store!
