This location is close to my sister's place, so it was easy for me to swing by. It wasn't too busy and I was greeted and handed a shopping bag the moment I walked in the door. The place was well put together, cleaned and organized. I was surprised because during these sales things can go a little haywire but no worries because the folks running this place have it down pat. They seriously know how to brand their product. Everyone in the country knows who they are and what they offer. When I walked into this location for the first time over the weekend, it was no different. Same super friendly staff members checking in on you every 5 minutes, same creative and fun scents filling your noses, same catchy promos that you simply can't pass up. This one is on the corner directly across from the giant parking lot and of course there's a White Barn connected to it. You can easily walk between the two while you shop. I'm the biggest sucker for occasional deals on hand soap and candles. Their candles are some of my favorites! I try to stock up during their giant sales, be sure to keep an eye out for those. An adorable little body care shop in German Village that makes most of their product in the…read morebackroom. They are dog friendly. I heard about Tiki Botanicals through a partnered Yelp event, when I mentioned that I was unable to attend the event the shopkeeper right away said he would honor the event promo. When you walk in there are paper shoppers bags along the wall you can grab to start putting your goodies in. They offer candles, bath bombs, bar soap, hair products, and more! When you check out you get to pick which tissue paper to use in your bag. So adorable and a great touch. As I was leaving the shop I heard the shopkeepers discussing what they would work on for the day. They were going to pour candles. It was a very Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion moment and it made me smile from ear to ear! You can really tell they enjoy what they do and know how to provide a memorable customer experience.
