I'm a sucker for a good deal and when I got an email from B&B offering an additional 20% off any 25$ purchase during their semi-annual sale, I made a point to get to one of their many Columbus area stores ASAP. This location is close to my sister's place, so it was easy for me to swing by. It wasn't too busy and I was greeted and handed a shopping bag the moment I walked in the door. The place was well put together, cleaned and organized. I was surprised because during these sales things can go a little haywire but no worries because the folks running this place have it down pat. Happened to walk past and Kid K wanted to go in. Staff were super helpful and kid-friendly. We ended up with a pocket hand sanitizer plus one of those gadgets that holds it plus has a whistle, light, etc. "But it's for safety, dad." Yeah. A sale on, as always, but not on things we wanted. Still, walked out after only spending $20, probably a record, so I felt good. Plenty of parking in the mall. Lots of other places to shop nearby. read more

This location is super easy to run in and grab whatever goodies you need. They always broadcast their sales going on with a stand outside the front door. I walked in and was greeted immediately by someone directing the traffic, as well as offering hand sanitizer, and a bag. The store is very organized and clean! When checking out I was reminded to use my rewards which is appreciated. I'll definitely be returning! read more

My first time in this bath and body was during their $8.95 3 wick candle sale yesterday and I was very surprised. This store was packed full of people and yet the employees were so attentive and helpful. They were stocking the store as they were getting low on candles so they had just about every scent and plenty of them. They had these cardboard boxes that hold candles so you could carry candles around without them smacking against one another in a basket. They had 7 checkouts open and an employee directing you to a checkout. They also had an employer directing people to the line because it was wrapped around the store and hard to find. We probably waited in line for 10 minutes before checking out and all the employees were so pleasant. I really enjoyed this experience. read more

Upon walking in, you will find a multitude of bottles, jars, and spritzers in a rainbow of colors, fragrances. They are, however, very well organized so popping in and out can be just as nice as browsing. It is a Bath and Body Works so scents are offered in a multitude of products so you can please the candle lighter and hand washer along with the lotion lover and so forth. What's more they offer seasonal fragrances as well as those you may have known for years. Their lotion and body mist products have not led to any skin issues, but I personally do not use their body wash as it can be drying. With staff members who have been cheerful and happy to help, I keep them in mind. read more

We brought some Japanese exchange students shopping here and they speak limited English. There were seven of them and two of us who spoke English together so we practically filled the store. The ladies who were working were very helpful and patient. They made us feel right at home and not the least bit inconvenienced. We had several other stores that day in which our experience was sub-par but not this one. They were great and for that they will be visited again by me and I will recommend them :-) read more
