I love this little store so much. I love it even more for relocating right next to the play area…read more Sugarbush is, essentially, a gift basket store. You pick a basket and things to put inside and they put it together for you. While I haven't really hit that point in adulthood where I give people gift baskets, I do love this store for a quick, small snack. There's a huge variety of products to buy: a cooler with drinks and fresh fruit, larger boxes of cookies and crackers, local jams and dips, gourmet and regular candies, individual snacks, etc. I'm here almost daily getting a snack for the kids or something to give as a gift. The staff here is always so nice and really don't seem to mind the kids who come in to pick out snacks. It's the perfect choice when you don't want to stop for a full meal at one of the restaurants in the shopping center.

So when I saw these kids heading that way, I recorded it to show to the store manager. I went inside the store and talked with a cashier. She said they saw it but can't do anything about it. I told her this is a threat to customers. Nothing. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was paged. She didn't come to speak to me but called and spoke to the cashier. she said there isn't anything they can do about it. I am very angry that I was dismissed by the manager. I posted the video and warned my friends on Facebook: "Beware of people riding their bikes through Hobby Lobby. I've had to jump out of the way! Hobby Lobby says there is nothing they can do about it so BEWARE!" My friends were shocked!

The rest of the store is never particularly clean. Floors are usually dirty, shelves dusty and cluttered. I truly hope they clean up.

They didn't have it, but they did have a decent selection of other crackers, and other items in general. But it feels like GFS used to be cheaper relative to grocery stores. Now it is the same price or more. True, they have some items that you can't get elsewhere, and they have some deals on bulk stuff. But they have a lot of items that I could get other places, so it's not worth a special trip here. If you are having a party, or otherwise doing a lot of cooking and need some meat, foil pans, etc., it's worth a stop.

Definitely better off just going to Kroger and buying $12 flowers than spending $70 at this place. I hate to give this a 1 star but I feel it's necessary. My husband bought me a clutch for my bday…read moreand I was really looking for a wristlet. I brought my clutch back to exchange with the tags attached and receipt 35 days after date of purchase. Come to find out Kate Spade only offers 30 days for any returns or exchanges..... needless to say both my husband and I were shocked about this. If my husband knew this he would have never bought the clutch in the beginning or just gone to Nordstrom's to see if they carried it. My husband and I always buy designer purses and wallets because of the warranty and customer service that comes with it. The manager was Nice enough to let me exchange however what I picked out was $100 less than the original item and she was not Willing to refund my husbands CC. Now I get it if I came in 90 days after date of purchase or the tags weren't attached but that was not the case at all. And she wasn't willing to make the exception. Even when my husband purchased the clutch the sales associate didn't tell him you only have 30 days to return/exchange this. And he told her this was a bday gift. So note to self I will never buy kate spade again unless MAYBE it's from Nordstrom's. And don't buy gifts for Someone from Kate Spade bc if you buy it in advance you'll be screwed. Bc like me I got it a week Ago and didn't have the chance to get our full money back! Very disappointing coming from such a high end and well known brand like Kate Spade..... I would like to update my review..... I sent an email to corporate about this not thinking anything would come of it but boy was I wrong. They contacted me asking for my information and what location it was. About a week later I got an email from Sydney who was the Asst store lead apologizing for the situation and told me to bring the gift card and receipt back and she would refund me my Money. When I got to the store she was very warm and friendly, apologized numerous times that this had happened and at kate Spade they try to make things right for the client. She was super sweet!!!! I told her the fact that corporate contacted her and she reached out to me personally to make the situation right speaks volumes and it does! I now have a much different outlook on Kate Spades customer service!! I am Not changing my review from a 1 Star to 5 star. PS I ended up getting the Sylvia large wristlet is blustery pink color and have gotten soooo many compliments on it! highly Recommend it.

I ordered a Shun Knife set 01/29/2022 - promised a delivery date of 03/05/2022 by instore employee…read moreand via email. It had since been pushed to backorder and the delivery Date has moved over 4 times! It is approaching the last known expected delivery date and I havnt received an update so I decide to call in to confirm that it didn't get pushed back again and just not communicated to me(the customer). Turns out, it did get pushed back and uncommunicated- when? 09/2022 is the "new expected delivery date" with no guarantee it will be filled then ofcourse. I repeated to the representative the date provided to me as I didn't think I understood her correctly seeing how it was so far out in the future - she responds "yup, I can always cancel it. Want me to do that instead?" Is this seriously how you do business? Leave a customer hanging on a 1.3k order that got pushed back 4+ times and then the only recommendation at that point to just get it over with is to suggest canceling it with a tone of being fed up with their job? This order cost 1.3k and I understand alot of companies are having manufacturing issues but my experience here is nothing more than pure neglect to be transparent with the customer from the start of the process. There is NO way a delivery date was given to me of 03/05/2022 and it's been pushed back to 09/2022..It was never expected to make it here that soon at all. Just trying to make a sale. Worst retail experience I have had in a long time and they still refuse to address the customer in a manner appropriate to the situation, which should be apologetic and providing additional details on the process they are in front of as a company and being honest right out the gate. Not indefinitely pushing an order back month after month just to hang on to a sale when the customer could have been serviced with an item in stock in-store or shopped somewhere else. It's selfish of the corporation and sales team to keep such details from a paying customer. If there were issues with manufacturing and logistics then that should have been discussed up front and maybe the pressures of every customer involved as well as your manufacturing/logistics team could have avoided headaches and also limited backorders which now date out to the end of the year. If throughput was an issue then maybe limit or pause orders once known so they can catch up. Not allow customers to order an item thats not backordered and then move them to backorder 2 days prior to the delivery date and tell then you can cancel it after they have received 4 emails of the date moving back 3 weeks at a time with no guarantee or detailed update on what exactly is happening Terrible service and until they make this right I will continue to advise against shopping at this place because if they don't have it in stock, you could be waiting over 9-12 months for your order to be filled, they will promise you a much closer date though and just leave you hanging waiting on it until they decide to email you a new date once it gets close to the initial delivery date, then recycle that exact process until you get as frustrated as I am and immediately offer to cancel it after you've waited for months without acknowledging fault for failures on their backend not disclosed to the customer up front when purchase was made nor even after the 5th times it's been pushed back..just a "I can cancel it for you right now, want me to do that?" Just disgusting.
