The staff never knows when the technician will be in, when the machine will be done, or if he has even looked at it yet. The technician says that he does one thing when it is evident that he has not. Multiple times I have brought my longarm machine home after being "cleaned" and "fixed" only to have the same issues. And I have clearly seen that the machine was not cleaned. I live an hour away and when I call to let them know that the issue was not fixed, the answer is "bring it back in" (2 hour round trip). Most recently, and the last straw, was after bringing my longarm in for a cleaning and being told that I was "first in line", there was no communication about the machine and when I would call, the shop tells me they don't know when he will be in and when he was last in. Then, a week later I called to check on the status of the machine and they say it is ready for pickup. When I got there, it was not ready, but he said I can "finish it" at home. After following his instructions, the machine still did not work properly. He then stated that it would need a $700 part (mind you, the machine was not even in the shop at that time). After spending hours on the phone with the HandiQuilter tech line, I decided I would need to find another dealer. The new dealer opened the machine up and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years (he sent me pictures). The tech said he has never seen a machine that bad. So, it appeared that the $300 that Red Rooster required that I pay upfront for the machine "cleaning" never got done. I will not be going back and will never recommend this shop to anyone else.

By thin I mean I had a selection of maybe 8 bows. Sounds like enough, but they were so vastly different in style with few colors and I'm not even sure for what occasions they'd be appropriate. Disappointed. Same issue in the spring when looking for graduation cards and gift wrap. "Distribution changes, ownership changes". A LOT of workers who seem to be cross trained by Bath & Body Works because they inundate you with "are you finding what you're looking for?" Overbearing. Always. I appreciate help but I almost feel like I'm being watched and not really wanting help. It's just a weird vibe.

I was also purchasing 3 more items. The employee was extremely rude (I didn't know that ornaments aren't returnable even though it's more than 2 weeks before Christmas). I asked her to look up my list to prove that I purchased it there and she said she couldn't find my name. She basically accused me of lying... she said I probably bought all my ornaments from a different Hallmark store (I only shop this one). I even still have the voicemail from one of their associates letting me know that my waitlisted Star Wars ornament had come in. Disappointing because the staff there has always been so friendly. I've never seen this particular person. Maybe she's Seasonal. Anyway... this year I purchased several hundred dollars in ornaments. Never again. There are too many Hallmark stores in this same area to be treated like that.

My first real spot during the family trip to Columbus, OH was a gift shop. We had time to kill…read morebefore the first thing we had planned so we came to the nearby Shops at Worthington and stumbled upon Pizzaz. Operated by the Worthington Craft Guild, the store is owned by local artisans who sell their wares. All of their items are handmade and I can tell you they are beautiful quality items that are perfect for gifts or decorating your own home. There were so many items I wanted to buy but i got the following: 1) A Christmas Spider. I got a beautiful ornamental spider to hang up next Christmas on one of my trees. I certainly learned something new as a Christmas Spider is based of a Eastern European folktale which explains one possible origin of tinsel on Christmas trees. According to wikipedia, "A poor but hardworking widow once lived in a small hut with her children. One summer day, a pine cone fell on the earthen floor of the hut and took root. The widow's children cared for the tree, excited at the prospect of having a Christmas tree by winter. The tree grew, but when Christmas Eve arrived, they could not afford to decorate it. The children sadly went to bed and fell asleep. Early the next morning, they woke up and saw the tree covered with cobwebs. When they opened the windows, the first rays of sunlight touched the webs and turned them into gold and silver. The widow and her children were overjoyed. From then on, they never lived in poverty again." I think it will be a nice touch to my Christmas decor. 2) A small hanging cat ornament and a small hanging dog ornament. Bought one for my mom (cat) and one for bestie (dog). Its just a cute handmade decoration. 3) Dragonfly necklace. My bestie is amazing and she was especially amazing to me and my family last couple of years especially when my mom had cancer. Mom bought her a beautiful handmade dragonfly necklace to give to her as a gift. She loved it! This is a wonderful little place in Worthington, OH and i recommend anyone in the area to support these wonderful local artists! If you are looking for unique gifts or decor come here! This place has total pizazz!

Ken was very kind and personable upon meeting and we instantly felt comfortable and at ease. He was able to explain different wedding band options and was a great listener to our needs. Once we found the weddings bands we loved, he gave us space to make decisions and was never once pushy. We still can't believe we purchased our wedding bands today with no prior intention of doing so, a testament to Ken's ability. As for the Diamond Cellar, our wedding bands are perfect! We couldn't happier with our experience at the Diamond Cellar and most importantly with Ken!

Buyer Beware!!!!!…read more Disappointed with my experience. Not only was I told that the ring I purchased could not be returned but diamond cellar refused to even help or suggest any ideas for ways to sell it on consignment. And they refused to sell their ring on consignment because it was made of lab grown diamonds. Diamond cellar sells lab grown diamonds and they claim there is an after market for. Just like if you purchase a car, it loses some of its value after you drive off the lot, but in this case imagine that the ring we purchased has a zero value the minute we purchased. They surely know how profusely apologize for offering "nothing we can do" but they clearly don't stand behind the product they sell. They seem more than happy to leave their customers without any help or options as we are sent on our way with a, "sorry, there is nothing we can do." I asked for some escalation to management but its been over a month and no call or contact made by staff. I knew what I bought but assumed that they would at least provide assistance in dealing with the situation instead of leaving me on my own to figure it out. Better off going to a local jewelers.
