He then locked the door at 830 PM when the store closes at 9. I was sitting in my Jeep when she came to me in tears and upset. I went to the door which was locked to find out more of what happened. At that time two gentlemen saw what happened and we began to talk amongs the 4 of us about the situation outside of the store. As I was outside using my phone to find the the to corporate, the store employee unlocked the door and told us to get off his property, used unprofessional language towards us while other shoppers were in the area and threaten to call the police. I was afraid that he would try to get physical with us and I didn't take kindly to disrespect especially when it overblown and that it was directed at my wife so walked to him to protect her and he locked the door again and went back inside. At one point he let another couple in and they left a minute later. Reynoldsburg police came we talked about the situation we were giving a 2 year trespassing warning. I personally never shop there so it doesn't really bother me but my wife who is a frequent customer vowed to never buy anything from this company again. This person who this company entrusted to manage your store had an evil intent to humiliate my wife publicly and we will no longer purchase anything from this company again. She at point will probably never go into a shoe store again without feeling apprehensive about it.

We were able to pick up newer and older Gundam models as well as some accessories to help with the build. It also happened to be 10% off on all models when we were there and that was great! Unfortunately they are a franchise, and the only squishes they had were overpriced knockoffs of what my son was looking for but it is still a cool store depending on what you are looking for. There are tons of sets to put together from mini houses to airplanes. The staff working were really friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this store if you are someone interested in crafting miniature models. My son is too young for this right now, but we definitely enjoyed looking at them all!

There is one employee in particular, (I believe her name is Kelly,) and she's incredibly nice and helpful every time I've gone in. She's very knowledgeable about the different styles and merchandise, and always offers advice and ideas about what to pair with what. She is always willing to check the back, as well as call other stores and check online when you're on the hunt for something. She's also very knowledgeable about different body types and offers suggestions based on that. All of the employees there are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. They always offer to help if you need anything, and start a dressing room for you. There are some other Torrid stores I've been to where they hate taking online returns. Thankfully I've never had that experience here. This store is very clean and organized, and even for a relatively smaller store, it is well stocked. I like shopping here, and would definitely recommend it!
