I have been a loyal customer of this card shop for years and have participated in every Lorcana set…read morerelease since the game launched. For the past two years, customers who preordered these releases received the store's loyalty discount, so naturally many of us expected the same treatment for the newest set. This time, however, the store suddenly decided not to honor the loyalty discount on preorders. While that was disappointing, what made the situation worse was the inconsistent way it was handled afterward. It came to light that at least one customer was given the loyalty discount anyway. Once other customers found out, the store began issuing refunds to some people who had preordered. My brother and I went into the store together to ask about receiving the same refund. We purchased our products the same way, were in the same situation, and were making the request at the same time. The manager told me I would not receive a refund because my name was not part of a previous conversation regarding the issue. Moments later, he approved the refund for my brother. I was left wondering how two customers in the exact same situation could receive completely different treatment. The issue is no longer about the discount itself. It's about fairness and consistency. Policies can change, but they should be applied equally to everyone. Selectively honoring discounts and refunds creates the impression that some customers matter more than others, and that's a disappointing way to treat loyal patrons who have supported the store for years. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the business, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.

One time I was standing in line for a good 45 minutes, waiting to check out, and I was the only person in line! Sometimes they'll say they're giving you a deal, or say they'll give you a free item next time you come in (like a free pack or card that's worth a few dollars), but then never follow through. Sometimes when they say they're giving you a deal, they'll still charge you the same amount that is listed, or sometimes charge you more. So, watch the bill amount when you purchase something! Also, if they have a box that has a few packs in it (even if there are no hits in those packs), they'll put the packs in with a brand new box.

The shop workers were really nice and there is a large variety of Legos for sale within the shop. The Legos I took in happened to not have a couple of pieces but I had more boxes at home and said I would bring them in. I stopped by a couple of weeks later with seven boxes of Legos to sell. I started to pull a couple out of the box and was disappointed to hear that they do not do cash and only offer store credit. I wish they would have told me this the first time I was in before I hauled all the boxes out of the basement. I would have just given them to my niece instead of hauling these boxes all over the state.

Open M-Sat 10-7 I think. Inside, a cool spot like a Lego club, with big sorting tables, a minifig building table, many prebuilt figures and sets, many new in box sets, etc. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Loads of interesting parts and standard stuff on the table; Baby K found enough to fill a small tub, plus built some figures. If you've lost a part or need some specialty ones, come here. Prices are reasonable, considering it's Legos, and they helped us fit stuff in a smaller container and save a bit of money. I'm sure we'll be back, and check out the other location.

The sizes were a little more mixed than I have experienced in the past (typically I will find a handful of sizes in the wrong spot, but this time I found about double that), but overall a very clean and organized store. They have toys, games, books, costumes, baby gear galore, shoes and clothing from infant to size 16 I believe. The staff all seemed to get along really well and were very kind and helpful. The music on the store stereo was also awesome. They set a good vibe here. The staff members are super friendly and cheerful. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The Pokemon selection was good and they are amenable on deals and prices. I never felt intimidated or put off discussing purchases or pricing. I will definitely be back to see what else they bring in.
