This was during the midnight launch of the Switch 2. I was in the store, in line and right about to…read morehand the cashier my card so that I could preorder one of the remaining Switch 2s that they had before the midnight launch officially started. It was close to the time to close the doors and the manager came out and kicked everyone out of the store and would not let me complete the transaction. When I asked him to just let me finish, he argued with me for longer than it would have taken to ring out the sale. I get that it was a stressful time and I have worked retail before, but this is no way to treat customers that willing to drop a great deal of cash on a system, games, and reupping their Gamestop Pro membership. Do not give this store or their manager any of your cash, you are not valued as a customer here.
