I appreciate that they like to talk to their customers and share their love of video games and collecting with everyone who comes through the door. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The inventory is unique and diverse. They have a great selection of games from all ages and It's the only place I know of where you can find good import games at reasonable prices. He has a pretty great selection. He has a bunch of imports and a lot of different games from multiple systems. He had some bangers like popful mail and CIB Zelda N64. Everything is priced and put in a clear plastic bag. Stickers aren't placed on the game itself. Unlike some bigger stores, the prices are good. I get that it was a stressful time and I have worked retail before, but this is no way to treat customers that willing to drop a great deal of cash on a system, games, and reupping their Gamestop Pro membership. I have bought so many games and equipment from this store, and never had a problem with my game purchases. The people there are really chill and helpful. Usually when buying vintage games and equipment, you have to be wary because it involves a lot of money, and sometimes with shopping online and other stores, you may get something that's fake. However, with this place, they are straight forward, and make sure that the stuff they give you is authentic. I give this place a solid A rating.

I went in looking for PS3 controllers one of the days I went, in store was cool and I loved the…read moresetup but area is kinda sketchy first time going, $45 for an original ps3 controller and 25 for a 3rd party controller the white one was the first one they sold me which where L1 is located it was already broken and not something I've done and I went back in two days later to get a replacement for the faulty controller it even had connection issues. The second time I came in the store opens at 10Am and I was sitting in the parking lot at 10:44 and a few minutes later they arrive at 10:47 to finally get to the store as I sat in my car waiting to exchange controllers and after I go in I tell the guy about the controller he tells me that he can't warranty the white controller because it's broken and they don't sell broken controllers but I tell him I didn't break it it was sold to me like that then tells me he's going to check the cameras to see. I had a receipt texted to my number he offers to refund but I wanted a different controller to be given he gives me the black one with dirt and no offer to clean it what so ever and no testing the controllers they're selling I get home to load up a game I chose saints row 3 and my character starts walking by himself which is obviously stick drift so that's two faulty controllers I wouldn't recommend honestly but that's my experience at forever games.
