When it comes to the clothes, I ALWAYS have success in finding something, in the least. The selections hold true to their motto: "Your Surprise Is Waiting and Never Boring, Always Surprising." Whether it's shopping for a decent weather coat, finding clothes for the kids, searching for low priced t shirts, or simply feeling around for some new workout clothes, this Marshall's always has a great selection. I will say, the shoes department is the only place I have trouble at times finding success. The shoe department seems to lack either options or decent prices. This is likely due to the shoe brands they have in stock- Nike for example cannot be discounted too much. The options are vast and abundant. Not only will you find great deals on any type of clothing, be it casual or dressy, but there are also miscellaneous other options to be found. I always try to make a trip over to the cosmetic section to find all kinds of different beauty products like face masks or shampoos. The clearance section ROCKS. I cannot make a trip to this location without checking out the clearance. Every trip I have made, I have managed to find something great from the clearance section. The lines, especially on weekends, can become extensively long. The staff does a great job of keeping things moving along well with a smile. The dressing room staff is always helpful in getting you in and out. I have experienced a few staff members at the dressing rooms who are always eager to chat while counting your items and returning unwanted items. The only thing that would make this location a five star is if it were better stocked. Typically, toward the closing hours, especially on weekends, the store can become messy with the clothes thrown around, disorganized, or tossed onto the ground.

The store always seems well maintained. I would check the clearance items first before buying, it seems sometimes what is supposed to be inside is not correct or it is missing.

I've called the store and gave them my transaction information/name/phone number at least 3 times, I've called customer service and I've emailed. NOTHING. I have my receipt from the purchase and the return. No one cares. I've contacted my credit card company to file a dispute, and just faxed them a copy of my receipt. I gave the customer service one last call yesterday, and was put on hold while they called the store (again) to look up my info to see what happened. I was supposed to receive a call last night after they figured out the problem to let me know if I could come into the store to just get my money back, or what. GUESS WHAT?? NO ONE called me. Shocker. I will never do business with a Maruices again. No one at this store cares about customer service. How would they like it if they returned merchandise and were still waiting to get their money back over a month later? She pulled outfits that I would have never purchased in the past. I told her "you are blowing my mind lady." She was very confident about me fitting in the pants and tops she chose and I did fit them all. At the end of trying on each out fit, Catherine took the time to go over all the outfits we picked out for each upcoming event. I walked out the door with at least 8 interchangeable outfits. I was ready for Florida. She doesn't understand how she has help me with my weight loss journey. I told her we are not done yet. When I get to my goal weight I told her to be ready. Found a great dress and awesome price and received great customer service from young lady named Kendra. I know the store gets a bad reputation sometimes of it being messy however the store is very neat and clean and orderly this morning I believe it's the customers that come in a make the big masses and the staff may not be able to keep up with cleaning up for such a large volume of items. My wife was shopping at the Shoe Dept on East Broad in Reynoldsburg yesterday when she approached…read moreby a man who said that he was the manager wrongfully accused her of disorganizing an isle, called her names and threw her out. He then locked the door at 830 PM when the store closes at 9. I was sitting in my Jeep when she came to me in tears and upset. I went to the door which was locked to find out more of what happened. At that time two gentlemen saw what happened and we began to talk amongs the 4 of us about the situation outside of the store. As I was outside using my phone to find the the to corporate, the store employee unlocked the door and told us to get off his property, used unprofessional language towards us while other shoppers were in the area and threaten to call the police. I was afraid that he would try to get physical with us and I didn't take kindly to disrespect especially when it overblown and that it was directed at my wife so walked to him to protect her and he locked the door again and went back inside. At one point he let another couple in and they left a minute later. Reynoldsburg police came we talked about the situation we were giving a 2 year trespassing warning. I personally never shop there so it doesn't really bother me but my wife who is a frequent customer vowed to never buy anything from this company again. This person who this company entrusted to manage your store had an evil intent to humiliate my wife publicly and we will no longer purchase anything from this company again. She at point will probably never go into a shoe store again without feeling apprehensive about it.
