Wife shows up the next day to hear her coat had been shipped to salvage? A clear case of lying and covering up his mistake from the previous night by Lamont. I gave the customer service one last call yesterday, and was put on hold while they called the store (again) to look up my info to see what happened. She pulled outfits that I would have never purchased in the past. I told her "you are blowing my mind lady." She was very confident about me fitting in the pants and tops she chose and I did fit them all. At the end of trying on each out fit, Catherine took the time to go over all the outfits we picked out for each upcoming event. I walked out the door with at least 8 interchangeable outfits. I was ready for Florida. She doesn't understand how she has help me with my weight loss journey. I told her we are not done yet. When I get to my goal weight I told her to be ready. I know the store gets a bad reputation sometimes of it being messy however the store is very neat and clean and orderly this morning I believe it's the customers that come in a make the big masses and the staff may not be able to keep up with cleaning up for such a large volume of items. My wife was shopping at the Shoe Dept on East Broad in Reynoldsburg yesterday when she approached…read moreby a man who said that he was the manager wrongfully accused her of disorganizing an isle, called her names and threw her out. He then locked the door at 830 PM when the store closes at 9. I was sitting in my Jeep when she came to me in tears and upset. I went to the door which was locked to find out more of what happened. At that time two gentlemen saw what happened and we began to talk amongs the 4 of us about the situation outside of the store. As I was outside using my phone to find the the to corporate, the store employee unlocked the door and told us to get off his property, used unprofessional language towards us while other shoppers were in the area and threaten to call the police. I was afraid that he would try to get physical with us and I didn't take kindly to disrespect especially when it overblown and that it was directed at my wife so walked to him to protect her and he locked the door again and went back inside. At one point he let another couple in and they left a minute later. Reynoldsburg police came we talked about the situation we were giving a 2 year trespassing warning. I personally never shop there so it doesn't really bother me but my wife who is a frequent customer vowed to never buy anything from this company again. This person who this company entrusted to manage your store had an evil intent to humiliate my wife publicly and we will no longer purchase anything from this company again. She at point will probably never go into a shoe store again without feeling apprehensive about it.
