They have a nice selection of items including different and fun things you may not otherwise come across in other stores. The staff are friendly and they're well priced. The store always seems well maintained. I would check the clearance items first before buying, it seems sometimes what is supposed to be inside is not correct or it is missing. read more

You live long enough you get to experience an example of the worst case scenario in customer service. Asst mgr Lamont should not be in a customer service area. He is lazy and could care less about the customer. My wife left a coat called the store and said she would pick it up. When she arrived he said he didn't have it and refused to ask anyone else who may have taken the call. Told her to leave. It gets worse...my wife called someone who works there and knew exactly who took the call (John the manager) and that her coat was secure. Wife shows up the next day to hear her coat had been shipped to salvage? A clear case of lying and covering up his mistake from the previous night by Lamont. Gave us $50 gift card figuring we are stupid enough to go back in this store. You can't make this stuff up! read more

One of my FAVORITE Marshall's locations of all time. It's nearly impossible to walk out of here empty handed! When it comes to the clothes, I ALWAYS have success in finding something, in the least. The selections hold true to their motto: "Your Surprise Is Waiting and Never Boring, Always Surprising." Whether it's shopping for a decent weather coat, finding clothes for the kids, searching for low priced t shirts, or simply feeling around for some new workout clothes, this Marshall's always has a great selection. I will say, the shoes department is the only place I have trouble at times finding success. The shoe department seems to lack either options or decent prices. This is likely due to the shoe brands they have in stock- Nike for example cannot be discounted too much. The options are vast and abundant. Not only will you find great deals on any type of clothing, be it casual or dressy, but there are also miscellaneous other options to be found. I always try to make a trip over to the cosmetic section to find all kinds of different beauty products like face masks or shampoos. The clearance section ROCKS. I cannot make a trip to this location without checking out the clearance. Every trip I have made, I have managed to find something great from the clearance section. The lines, especially on weekends, can become extensively long. The staff does a great job of keeping things moving along well with a smile. The dressing room staff is always helpful in getting you in and out. I have experienced a few staff members at the dressing rooms who are always eager to chat while counting your items and returning unwanted items. The only thing that would make this location a five star is if it were better stocked. Typically, toward the closing hours, especially on weekends, the store can become messy with the clothes thrown around, disorganized, or tossed onto the ground. read more

Currently being restructured... Definitely worth giving another try if, for any ungodly reason, you didn't like shopping here ;-) I LOVE shopping, and I LOVE getting great deals! This, as well as TJ Maxx, is often a one stop shop. You can usually find reasonably priced gifts for someone as well as the gift bag, and the tissue paper to go with it... you can stop on your way to the party, and put the present together in the parking lot! There is such a great range of products... they have an excellent selection of men's, women's, juniors, tweens, children's, and even dog clothes --- all for a fraction of department store prices. And they have SHOES! I usually don't really 'save' any money, I just buy twice as much ;-) read more

I love Marshall's but it's not for everyone. I think you have to be a person that really likes to shop & look at everything to really appreciate it. They have some nice home decor items, a decent selection of clothing for Adults & children. The shoe section leaves a lot to be desired but you can occasionally find a nice pair. So all and all I give Marshalls 4 stars. read more

Between Marshall's and T.J. Maxx, I'm not sure which I prefer. Both stores offer up high quality name brand merchandise at way below normal pricing. It's an absolutely phenomenal way to get exactly what you're looking for clothing wise, and not empty your wallet. In addition to the clothing they also have a number of different housewares items as well. This particular location is not one of their largest, but they do have a nice selection of items. However if you are looking for furniture, I would suggest staying away from this location. There are only a few small items. Also, the pricing on furniture does not seem to be on par with the low prices of clothing and some other items they offered for sale. While this location is generally very clean, it's not uncommon to find some clothing strewn about in those sections. read more

I'm not a fan of Marshalls. I've only been in this store 3 times. This location, especially, is always picked over. I was told, several years ago, that workers always get first-chance pickings through the inventory. Thus the public gets the "leftovers". Today, visually, the saying was spot on. Even the Home section (back part of the store) was sparse. Some pots and pans. Not many dish sets, let alone individual bowls. I was out shopping with my sister - she's looking for a bathing suit for the cruise. This joint didn't have suites out yet. Or if they did, there wasn't a trace left. I've never been one for designer outlets: Hardly ever do they carry plus size. With the slim offerings that are left over, I've never found anything to feel like it was a deal. read more

Not a great selection of clothes. I was thrown off by the way the inside is set up. Very confusing. For kid clothes, yea you will find some good. But for adults, I couldn't find anything. The staff was also somewhat rude. read more

By far the best Marshall's ever!!! I get greeted immediately every time I step in. Nicole mattox is the best. She helps me with anything and everything I need down to the kids clothes and shoes for school. She's very personable and never in a bad mood. I spent an hour and a half looking for clothing for my daughter. I found a pair of jeans and a top for her and was trying on another top for me when they announced the store (Route 256/Hill Road (Reynoldsburg, Ohio)) was closing. So I took what I had found to check out. Once home I showed her the top. She saw pulls in the material so I put it back in the bag WITH TAGS STILL ON. I took it back and the manager said it had been worn even though tags had not been removed. I told her the tags were attached and I was returning it because it had snags. It had a spot of makeup on it but my daughter is black, and the makeup was a drop of white people's makeup...obviously not hers. I hadn't seen that before but was returning it because of snags. The top was full price ($24.99). Not a sale item. She refused to let me return it. I will be in contact with Corporate offices about this. Also the jeans stretched out my daughter informed me the day after I tried to return the top. Oddly, the girl I first spoke to was getting ready to write me a store credit for the top til the manager walked up as was the policy at that store. The manager was rude and insisted that I HAD WORN THE TOP! Don't you just hate it when someone calls you a liar and you KNOW you are telling the truth?!?!?!!!!! I'm through with these cheap stores. I can do better at Macy's and Norstroms...they have sales and items are good quality, unlike the things I bought at Marshalls. read more

Today my girlfriend and I visited this Marshalls location. I looked around for a while and found some great deals and dresses and decided to try them on in the fitting rooms. After getting a number from the fitting room attendant, I asked her if my girlfriend was allowed to come back into the fitting room hallway to give me opinions. She promptly told us that she was not allowed to come back and had to wait outside. At this point I was annoyed, but not angry. My girlfriend does tend to dress more "masculine" so I assumed there may have been some confusion. I continued to the rooms to try on my dresses. They turned out lovely. However, when I came out of the fitting room, my girlfriend informed me that the fitting room attendant allowed the husband of a woman to stand in the fitting room hallways after she was denied. The fitting room attendant also continuously stared at her and gave her shady looks the whole time she was waiting. I was furious. Even if you don't personally agree with someone elses sexual orientation or lifestyle, the bottom line is we are customers. We are people. And we both do not appreciate the judgment and rudeness we received while simply shopping and minding our own business. We will NOT be coming back to this Marshalls location. read more
